The Ministry of Basic, Higher and Technical Education (MBHTE), through its Directorate General for Madaris Education (DGME), will be accepting applications for Islamic Studies and Arabic language (ISAL) Teachers/Mudarris under contract of service in the Elementary and Junior High School for the year 2021.

The calendar of the screening and selection procedures shall be:

🗓 𝐉𝐮𝐧𝐞 𝟒-𝟏𝟓 - Call for Applications/Acceptance of Applicants
🗓 𝐉𝐮𝐧𝐞 𝟏𝟔-𝟐𝟏 - 5-Day Verification and Validation of Documents/Pre-Screening of Applications
🗓 𝐉𝐮𝐧𝐞 𝟑𝟎 - Qualifying Examination
🗓 𝐉𝐮𝐥𝐲 𝟏-𝟏𝟎 - 10-Day Evaluation and Selection of Qualified Applicants (Demo teaching)
🗓 𝐉𝐮𝐥𝐲 𝟏𝟐-𝟏𝟓 - 3-Day Finalization of the Hired Asatidz
🗓 𝐉𝐮𝐥𝐲 𝟏𝟗 - Posting of Hired Asatidz
🗓 𝐉𝐮𝐥𝐲 𝟐𝟐 - Signing of Contract of Service and Orientation

Applicants shall submit the following 𝐚𝐮𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐝𝐨𝐜𝐮𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
• Application Letter (School nearest to their residence must be included and identified here)
• Diploma
• Transcript of Record
• Duly notarized Personal Data Sheet (PDS)
