Biruar Central Elementary School held an Islamic Symposium to prepare the community for the upcoming holy month of Ramadan. The event centered on the theme: "Ramadan: The Month of the Qur’an, Mercy, and Blessings." The symposium aimed to provide spiritual guidance and educational insights to students and faculty, emphasizing the significance of fasting and the teachings of the Qur'an.

Participants gathered to discuss the spiritual disciplines of the holy month, with a focus on fostering a sense of mercy and community service. The program featured various speakers, namely Ust. Marohom T. Macapanton and Ust. Badrudin A. Abdulgani, who highlighted how the values of Ramadan can be integrated into daily academic and personal life.

Fun games were also provided for the participants, who actively engaged in Trivia Questions and received prizes for correct answers. The event ended with a collective prayer for a peaceful and blessed Ramadan.

Bronze medals were proudly secured by both the Badminton Girls and Boys Doubles teams at the Zone 2 Athletic Meet 2025, held last November 13 at Parang Municipal Gym. The Girls Doubles team was composed of Alieh kieth Wade and Norsaida Mustapha, while the Boys Doubles team featured Sahir Tahir and Saudi Malog. Guided by their dedicated coaches, Ma’am Michelle J. Lumaya and Ma’am Ana Mae Anadon.

Earlier today, Grade 4 pupil Yourzeed A. Carudin emerged as the Board 2 Chess Champion 🥇 at the Zone II Meet 2025 held at Parang Central Mini Gymnasium. With this achievement, he has secured his qualification for the upcoming Provincial Meet under the support of his coach, Sir Alrashid Biruar.

This afternoon at the Zone 2 Meet 2025 held at Parang Municipal Gym, Nasrullah T. Macacua proudly secured the bronze medal🥉 in the Badminton Boys Singles category after a challenging match against the player from Parang North District. He was guided by his coach, Ma’am Michelle P. Jalandon.
