Notre Dame of Sarmiento, Inc.announces its extended pre-registration period from April 6-10,2026.NDS is now accepting incoming Grade 7 and incoming Grade 11 students for pre-listing.

Official Enrolment Starts: May 18,2026
Requirements for Grade 7 and G11 students:
-Accomplished Enrolment form
-Report Card (Form 138)
-Copy of Certificate of Completion or Graduation(g10 or Grade 6)/Good moral Certificate
-2 pieces 2 x 2 size ID Picture
-Birth Certificate (PSA copy)
