b. AKAP - Establishment of Learning Centers: Established learning centers in identified school-less barangays, benefiting previously unreached learners.
c. Provision of Learning Kits: Distributed learning materials to support students' academic needs.
2. Infrastructure Development:
a. Classroom Construction and Repair: Built and renovated classrooms, improving learning environments in strategic and high-need areas.
b. Covered Courts and Fencing: Provided support to learning facilities and secured school boundaries.
3. Teacher Support and Development:
a. Continuous Teaching Hiring and Promotion: Prioritized the recruitment of highly qualified educators to achieve the ideal student (learner)-teacher ratio.
b. Para-Teachers: Deployed para-teachers to support learning needs.
4. Curriculum and Resources:
a. Standard Madrasa Curriculum: Institutionalized standard curriculum for madrasa education.
b. Basic Education Curriculum Contextualization Framework: Developed Bangsamoro context-relevant curriculum.
c. IPEd Contextualization: Adapted teaching-learning resources for inclusive education.
5. Support for Learners and Institutions:
a. Provision of Textbooks and ICT Equipment: Distributed essential resources for learning.
b. Dental Kits and Basic Meds: Supported health and wellness initiatives.
c. Reopening of Institutions: Successfully reopened temporarily closed institutions, restoring access to education for learners in affected communities.
d. Integrated Institutions: Established integrated institutions for holistic learning (holistic approach—aiming to produce well-rounded learners)
6. Programs and Initiatives:
a. 5Bs Program for Literacy and Numeracy: Implemented literacy and numeracy programs.
b. Palaro and School Press Implemented national institutionalized programs enhancing athletic opportunities for learners and provided essential sports equipment , and actively supported school journalism initiatives
c. Series of Enhancements: Conducted capacity-building programs for educators, supervisors, and stakeholders.

Sa pamumuno ni Dr. Ramla B. Peno, School Head ng Parang National High School, matagumpay na naisakatuparan ang Culminating Program ng Buwan ng Wikang Pambansa 2025 sa pampaaralang covered court. Pinangunahan ito ni Gng. Jackeline Y. Amar, Filipino Coordinator, katuwang ang buong kaguruan at mag-aaral.

Sa ilalim ng temang “Paglinang sa Filipino at Katutubong Wika: Makasaysayan sa Pagkakaisa ng Bansa,” masiglang idinaos ang iba’t ibang gawain na nagbigay saysay at diwa sa selebrasyon. Kabilang dito ang Slogan Making Contest at Poster Making Contest na nagpakita ng malikhaing pagpapahayag ng pagmamahal sa wika at bayan; ang makabuluhang Balagtasan na nagpaigting sa talino, galing, at husay sa panitikan; at ang masayang Fiesta sa Nayon na nagbigay kulay sa ating kultura at pamana.

Ang Culminating Program na ito ay hindi lamang pagtatapos ng pagdiriwang, kundi isang makasaysayang pagpapatunay na buhay at patuloy na pinayayabong ng Parang National High School ang ating wikang pambansa at katutubong wika—bilang sandigan ng pagkakaisa at pagkakakilanlan ng sambayanang Pilipino.

Parang National High School, under the leadership of Dr. Ramla B. Peno, proudly joined the grand celebration of the 78th Founding Anniversary of the Municipality of Parang, Maguindanao del Norte.

The school community marched with unity and pride, with faculty, staff, and students from both the Junior High School and Senior High School departments actively participating in the parade. Guiding these departments are our dedicated heads, Sir Ronel C. Balansag for Junior High School and Sir Ferdinand V. Valdez for Senior High School, whose leadership continues to inspire excellence among learners.

Also joining the celebration was the PNHS Gadungan Campus, headed by Sir Delfin, whose presence further strengthened the representation of the PNHS family.

The Boy Scouts of the Philippines (BSP) and Girl Scouts of the Philippines (GSP) added discipline and honor to the occasion, while the PNHS Drum and Lyre Corps brought color and rhythm, making the event even more vibrant and memorable.

This meaningful celebration, spearheaded by our Municipal Mayor, Hon. Cahar P. Ibay, stands as a reflection of good governance and dedicated leadership that continues to guide the progress of Parang.

The participation of PNHS in this important event reflects the school’s commitment not only to education but also to community involvement and local heritage. Through this celebration, PNHS once again demonstrated the strength of its school spirit and its pride in being part of Parang’s history.
