ROTARY IN ACTION:

Congratulations to the Rotary Club of Makati Legazpi (RID 3830) and their partner, Rotary International District 3722 in South Korea, for the successful turnover of essential NICU equipment to the Calapan Provincial Hospital. This is a great example of international collaboration making a tangible impact on a local community.
The project, spearheaded by President Nerly A. Yu Dang Famular Yu of the Rotary Club of Makati Legazpi, is a powerful demonstration of the Rotary Foundation's Global Grants program. By providing much-needed equipment, such as incubators, monitors, and other tools, they're helping to ensure that the hospital can provide the best possible care for the most vulnerable among us—newborns. This directly contributes to Rotary's area of focus on Maternal and Child Health.
The dedication of everyone involved in this project will undoubtedly save lives and give future generations in the Calapan area a healthier start.
