Are you looking for an assessment center after completing your NC II course, or do you need to renew your certificate? We’re now a TESDA-Accredited Assessment Center for Caregiving (Elderly) NC II! Whether you completed the caregiving course under the old or new curriculum, your assessment will use the updated Caregiving (Elderly) NC II standards.

Requirements: Please submit photocopies of:
- Birth Certificate
- Marriage Certificate (if married)
- Diploma or Transcript of Records (TOR)
- Photos: 4 pieces each (Passport size and 1×1) with name tag, white background, and formal attire
- Certificate for Practicing COVID-19 Preventive Measures in the Workplace
