The Bible teaches that being prudent means being wise, thoughtful, and careful in the way we make decisions.

A prudent student:
• Thinks before speaking or acting
• Makes responsible decisions
• Plans ahead instead of procrastinating
• Chooses friends wisely
• Learns from mistakes
• Listens to correction and good advice
• Avoids unnecessary risks and temptations
• Uses time, talents, and resources wisely
• Considers how their actions affect others
• Seeks God's wisdom when making decisions

Prudence is not simply being smart. A student may have excellent grades but still make unwise choices. Biblical prudence is using knowledge and wisdom to make choices that honor God and benefit others.

For more than a decade, Mrs. Trono has faithfully invested her time, talents, and heart into the lives of our students.
