BSN LEVEL 3 SEMINAR 🩺🩷
Yesterday, our Level 3 nursing students gathered for the BSN Level 3 Seminar, a meaningful event filled with learning, reflection, and preparation for our clinical journey ahead.
The seminar featured insightful discussions on “Kaba to Kaya: Clinical Duty,” reminding us to transform anxiety into confidence; “Nursing Ascend: Leading the Shift Toward Safe Antibiotic Practices and Quality Kidney Care,” guiding us as we take on greater responsibilities in patient safety; and “Distracted Minds and Unfair Spaces,” highlighting the importance of focus, awareness, and equity in healthcare settings.
Each topic inspired us to grow not only as students but as future nurses who are competent, compassionate, and committed to quality care.
✨ From kaba to kaya—padayon, future RNs! ✨

🌍✨ ENAG GLOBAL AWARD OF EXCELLENCE IN SERVANT LEADERSHIP ✨🌍
Empowered Nurse Across the Globe:
John Kevin A. Eli, RN, MAN
🇵🇭 Philippines
In every generation, there are nurses who rise—not for recognition, but for service.
Not for titles, but for purpose.
Today, ENAG proudly recognises a nurse whose journey reflects the very soul of nursing resilience, compassion, and servant leadership in its purest form.
From his early beginnings at Universidad de Manila, where he graduated with distinction, to nearly a decade of unwavering service at Justice Jose Abad Santos General Hospital, John Kevin A. Eli has built a career grounded in excellence and humanity.
His path has taken him through some of the most demanding clinical environments—from Pediatric-Surgery to the frontline of the COVID-19 pandemic, and now to the Labor Room, Delivery Room, and OB-OR Complex, where life begins and hope is restored every day.
But beyond clinical competence lies something deeper a leader forged in the silent battles of healthcare.
💡 A Defining Moment of Humanity
At the height of the pandemic, amid fear, exhaustion, and uncertainty, he encountered a COVID-positive postpartum mother—isolated, struggling, and afraid.
In a moment where many would simply continue the routine of care,
he chose to pause.
He chose to connect.
He chose to serve beyond duty.
Through compassion and initiative, he facilitated a final bridge of hope a video call between a mother and her family.
And in that fleeting moment, fear turned into strength.
Days later, she whispered two words:
“Thank you.”
That moment did not just change a patient’s outcome
it defined a leader.
🎓 A Leader Committed to Growth and Excellence
✔️ Master of Arts in Nursing (Leadership & Management), Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila
✔️ Member, Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing (Psi Beta Chapter)
✔️ Certified Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt
✔️ Fellow, International Organization for Academic and Scientific Development
🏆 Recognitions:
• Best Employee – Nursing Division (2021, 2023, 2024, 2025)
• “Gawad ng Pagkilala Frontliner” Award (2020) by Francisco Domagoso
🤝 The Heart of Servant Leadership
John Kevin does not lead from the front
he leads from within.
He uplifts colleagues.
He mentors the next generation.
He builds trust where fear once lived.
In every action, he proves that:
👉 Leadership is not about authority
👉 It is about service, empathy, and shared humanity
🌟 ENAG Recognition
Through this award, ENAG honours not just achievements
but the spirit of a nurse who chose to serve even in silence.
A nurse who reminds the world that:
the most powerful leadership is the one that puts others first.
📣 Global Message
To nurses across the world:
Your quiet sacrifices matter.
Your unseen battles are seen.
Your compassion is changing lives—l every single day.
💙 Congratulations, John Kevin A. Eli, RN, MAN
You are a true embodiment of ENAG’s mission to:
Empower. Uplift. Recognise.
And today, the world recognises you.
