The Maritime Industry Authority (MARINA) wishes to announce and congratulate the following passers of the Theoretical Examinations for Marine Deck and Engine Officers conducted at the MARINA Central Office and MARINA Regional Office VII (Cebu) on 22 August 2023, Tuesday.

Out of 66 examinees, there were 44 passers with a passing rate of 66.67%

Of the 44 passers, 3 out of 4 examinees or 75.00% passed the Deck Management Level Examination while 3 passers out of 3 examinees or 100.00% for the Deck Operational Level Examination. For the Engine Management Level, there were 4 out 9 examinees or 44.44% passed the exam while 34 passers out of 50 examinees or 68.00% for the Engine Operational Level.

Out of 34 examinees, there were 24 passers with a passing rate of 70.59%.

Of the 24 passers, 3 out of 7 examinees or 42.86% passed the Deck Management Level Examination while 19 passers out of 23 examinees or 82.61% for the Deck Operational Level Examination. For the Engine Operational Level, there were 2 out 3 examinees or 66.67% passed the examination.
