► Fill up the course selected form
► Select Mode of Payment ( Discuss with Ms. Jean Vista)
► Review the terms and conditions
► Present Official Receipt for : Fitting of Uniform
Requirements for Enrollment for August 24, 2020 for Incoming New Students
► Must be a High School Graduate
► Must be 16 years of age at the time of start of classes
► Clear Photocopy of NSO Birth Certificate
► 3pcs 2x2 Colored ID picture
► Medical Certificate (Labcor Diagnostics Center)
