As we gratefully celebrate the nativity of the Virgin Mary, the woman who was chosen to carry and care for our Lord and Saviour, Jesus Christ, every September 8, we can honor her name by helping those around us.

May her boundless trust and unconditional love and compassion instill peace, courage and grace into our hearts and her everlasting faith and merciful virtues continue to inspire and influence those who are lost.

Let us celebrate the birthday of our Blessed Virgin Mary by honoring her through whole obedience such as when she gently said “yes” to bring Jesus into the world with the help of the Holy Spirit to forgive the sins and ger rid of the darkness covering the world.
