Engr. Ricohermoso finished his Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering at Technological Institute of the Philippines, Master’s degree in Business Administration major in Management at the International MBA Institute-Switzerland, Doctorate degree in Business Management at Philippine Christian University. He has been in the academe since 2014 teaching Engineering and Business courses.

His industry experiences include Operations Supervisor for Meralco Managed Services at Meralco Energy, Inc., Country Manager for After Sales and Regulatory Compliance at Electrolux Philippines, Inc., Assistant Vice President and Group Head at Maxicare Health Corp., Country Director for After Sales and Quality Management at Hisense Philippines, Inc., and currently a Chief Executive Officer of his own JLR Engineering Services servicing several Asian countries.

In addition, his certifications and licenses include Professional Certificate in Change Management, Certified Scrum Master, Agile Move Training, Accredited Program Manager, Certified Six Sigma Black Belt, Registered Master Electrician, Registered Electrical Engineer, and among others.

As Dr. Ricohermoso takes on this role with a strong commitment to guide the program toward continued growth, innovation, and academic excellence. This leadership brings a renewed sense of direction in developing future entrepreneurs who are equipped with knowledge, skills, and purpose.
