The Spectrum Circle Child Learning Center (SCCLC) was founded in 2011 by Mrs. Merly Barientos with a vision to provide education to young people, particularly exceptional kids. Barientos set out to create a school that would cater to the needs of those who required specialized attention in their learning process. Over the years, the school grew steadily as more parents recognized the high-quality
education provided by SCCLC. With a commitment to excellence and a focus on nurturing students' individual talents, the school quickly established itself as a beacon of hope for children and their families. In 2020, the pandemic created unprecedented challenges for the education system. Barientos made the difficult decision to turn over the reins of the school to the NCLC-MCA School System, which is run by Dr. Leticia S. Ferriol, chairwoman of the education committee and has more than 150 chapters around the Philippines. The new management took on the challenge of ensuring that the high standards and commitment to excellence of the SCCLC continued. As in-person classes resumed in August 2022, the school underwent significant renovations and transformation to adapt to the new normal. With dedicated school leaders at the helm, SCCLC is poised to continue its mission of providing a nurturing and empowering learning environment for exceptional kids. We envision a 5-story building for SCCLC with complete facilities and recreational areas, specifically designed for exceptional kids. With dedication and faith, we will make this vision a reality and continue to provide exceptional education to empower our students to reach their full potential. Part of this transformation are the dedicated leaders to make this school foster and grow
