PINALAGDAN ELEMENTARY SCHOOL

Dear Parents/Guardians and Learners,

Please be informed that, based on Paombong MDRRMO Memorandum No. 56, S. 2026, and in consideration of the current disaster risk assessment in the Municipality of Paombong, CLASSES AT ALL GRADE LEVELS IN BARANGAY PINALAGDAN ARE SUSPENDED ON TUESDAY, AUGUST 25, 2026.

To ensure the continuity of learning, HINAY – Alternatibong Paraan ng Pagtuturo (ADM) through Modular/Online Classes shall be implemented for all grade levels of Pinalagdan Elementary School.

📌 DATE: Tuesday, August 25, 2026
📌 STATUS: No face-to-face classes
📌 LEARNING MODALITY: Modular / Online Classes (ADM)

Parents/Guardians are requested to coordinate with the class advisers regarding the learning activities and modules of the learners.

🌟 UPS Management Orientation 2026 🌟

On August 20, 2026, the Pinalagdan Elementary School family came together virtually for a meaningful UPS Management Orientation. 💻📚

It was a valuable opportunity for us to learn, reflect, and strengthen our understanding of effective UPS management. More than just an online orientation, it reminded us of the importance of working together, continuously learning, and improving our practices for the benefit of our learners. ❤️

📍 Technical Assistance and Monitoring | August 5, 2026

Pinalagdan Elementary School warmly welcomed Sir Paul Candelaria, District Supervisor, during his Technical Assistance and Monitoring of the School Canteen and Gulayan sa Paaralan Program on August 5, 2026.

The activity was conducted in the presence of Mrs. Rosita S. Lopez, Head Teacher III, together with Mrs. Regina Santos, School Canteen Manager and Gulayan sa Paaralan Focal Person. The visit provided valuable guidance and technical support to ensure the effective implementation of school nutrition and gardening programs, promoting healthy eating habits and a sustainable learning environment for all learners.

Pinalagdan Elementary School remains committed to continuously improving its programs through collaboration, guidance, and quality service for the benefit of every learner.

Alinsunod sa DepEd Order No. 14 S. 2026 “Guidelines on Learning Continuity in Emergencies”, inirerekomenda ang SUSPENSYON NG KLASE, BIYERNES, AGOSTO 07, 2026 dahil sa epekto ng Bagyong Maymay at Habagat at ipatutupad ang “HINAY ” - Alternatibong paraan ng Pagtuturo (modular / online) ng mga mag - aaral sa lahat ng antas ng Pampubliko at Pribadong Paaralan sa bayan ng Paombong.

In view of the continued heavy rainfall brought about by Tropical Storm Maymay and the Southwest Monsoon, and upon the recommendation of the National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council (NDRRMC), work in government offices and classes at all levels in the National Capital Region and the provinces of Ilocos Sur, La Union, Benguet, Pangasinan, Abra, Zambales, Kalinga, Mountain Province, Ifugao, Ilocos Norte, Apayao, Nueva Vizcaya, Tarlac, Nueva Ecija, Bataan, Pampanga, Bulacan, Rizal, Cavite, Batangas, Laguna, and Occidental Mindoro are hereby suspended on 06 August 2026.

Agencies delivering essential and emergency services shall continue their operations. The suspension of work in private companies and offices is left to the discretion of their respective heads.

Ang Municipal Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office sa pakikipag ugnayan sa Tagamasid Pampurok at mga Punong G**o ay nagsagawa ng Disaster Risk Assessment, ang bayan ng Paombong ay kasalukuyang nakakaranas ng masungit na panahon at High Tide 4.3 ft. gayundin sa nakalap na datos sa DOST PAGASA at ilang weather station ay posibleng lumakas ang pag-ulan sa susunod na (10) oras.

Alinsunod sa DepEd Order No. 14 S. 2026 “Guidelines on Learning Continuity in Emergencies” , dahil sa masungit na panahon SUSPENDIDO ANG KLASE sa ganap na ika-11:00 ng umaga at ipatutupad ang “HINAY ” - Alternatibong paraan ng Pagtuturo (modular / online) sa PANG HAPONG KLASE ng mga mag - aaral sa lahat ng antas ng Pampubliko at Pribadong Paaralan sa bayan ng Paombong Hulyo 29, 2026.

Pinapayuhan ang lahat ng mga g**o at Sangguniang Barangay na makipag-ugnayan at magtulungan sa pagpapanatili ng kaligtasan ng mga mag-aaral, lalo na sa pagmomonitor ng mga lugar na binabaha at pagbibigay ng agarang tulong at impormasyon sa panahon ng masamang panahon.
