Free Ice Cream, Shared with Love at Nagbacalan Elementary School! 🍦💙

Nagbacalan Elementary School (NES) was filled with smiles and excitement as all NES learners and all teaching and non-teaching personnel received FREE ICE CREAM today, August 19, 2026, through Aice Ice Cream Philippines’ “Campus Care: Gift-Giving for Growth & Learning Program.” 😇

The program aims to spread joy, kindness, and care among learners and the school community. Aside from the sweet treat, Aice also generously donated two (2) basketballs to the school, adding more opportunities for fun, play, and learning beyond the classroom. 🏀🍦

The NES learners and teachers happily received these wonderful gifts and expressed their heartfelt gratitude to Aice Ice Cream Philippines for bringing sweetness and happiness to our school.❤️

Indeed, through a simple scoop of ice cream, Aice has shown that small acts of kindness can create big smiles and lasting memories. Thank you, Aice, for caring for our NES family! 💙🍦

Learning becomes even more meaningful when we learn together! The GAD Team Building Activities of Nagbacalan Elementary School brought our team closer through fun, engaging, and meaningful games that highlighted the importance of communication, cooperation, trust, respect, and teamwork.

Beyond the laughter and friendly competition, every game reminded us that a stronger workplace is built when everyone participates, everyone is valued, and everyone works together. 🤝✨

Two days of learning, reflection, and empowerment! 💜

On August 7–8, 2026, Nagbacalan Elementary School headed by our School Principal II, Mrs. Fortunata A. Sacro, conducted Gender and Development (GAD) Training 2026 at Sweet Caroline Resort, Badoc, Ilocos Norte, carrying the theme:

“Gender Responsive Capacity Building: Promoting Positive Workplace Relationships, Gender Sensitivity, and Community Health Awareness.”

The training highlighted the importance of cultivating positive relationships, promoting gender sensitivity, and raising awareness on community health as essential elements in building a safe, inclusive, and supportive school environment.

May the knowledge and insights gained from this training inspire us to put GAD into action—at work, in our school, and in our community. 💜🌿

Together, let us create a workplace where respect is practiced, equality is promoted, and everyone can thrive!
