𝗡𝗼 𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝘀𝗵𝗼𝘂𝗹𝗱 𝗯𝗲 "𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗲𝗱 𝗕𝗲𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗦𝗰𝗮𝗺."

Behind every job application is a dream—to earn an honest living, support loved ones, or build a better future. Yet traffickers exploit these dreams through fraudulent online job offers and scam operations that turn hope into fear.

For many women and girls, false promises of work, education, or a better life become the very means by which they are trafficked and subjected to sexual exploitation, forced labor, online exploitation, and other forms of abuse. They deserve opportunities that lead to a better future—not lives marked by violence and exploitation.

As we observe the 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗹𝗱 𝗗𝗮𝘆 𝗔𝗴𝗮𝗶𝗻𝘀𝘁 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗶𝗻 𝗣𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗼𝗻𝘀, our call grows stronger: let us ensure that no dream is ever used against those who simply seek a better life. Let us stand together to end all forms of human trafficking.

Together with government agencies, civil society organizations, and communities, the Philippine Commission on Women (PCW) will continue working to prevent trafficking, protect survivors, and raise awareness so that no one else falls into the hands of traffickers.

𝗜𝗶𝘀𝗮𝗻𝗴 𝗡𝗮𝘀𝘆𝗼𝗻, 𝗜𝗶𝘀𝗮𝗻𝗴 𝗔𝗸𝘀𝘆𝗼𝗻. 𝗧𝗮𝗽𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗴 𝗛𝘂𝗺𝗮𝗻 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗡𝗴𝗮𝘆𝗼𝗻!

💜💜

Ngayong araw ng mga puso, ipaalala natin sa ating sarili at sa isa’t-isa:
Deserve natin ang pagmamahal na ligtas, may respeto, at may malasakit.

May this kind of love find you — and stay with you. 💗✨

𝑷𝒊𝒍𝒊𝒑𝒊𝒏𝒂𝒔, 𝒘𝒆 𝒂𝒓𝒆 𝒐𝒏 𝒂 𝒋𝒐𝒖𝒓𝒏𝒆𝒚!

The dream destination is a VAW-free country, and our commitment today determines where we will be tomorrow.

As the Philippine Commission on Women (PCW) spearheads the national 18-day Campaign to End Violence Against Women, we call on every Filipino to move from awareness to action, from advocacy to activism, and from watchers to warriors.

This is more than an invitation; it is a shared national responsibility to ensure every woman and girl lives free from fear, abuse, and violence.

A VAW-free Philippines gives us the following signals for action:
𝗦𝗧𝗢𝗣 violence against women. Women’s rights are human rights.
𝗟𝗢𝗢𝗞 beyond silence. Do not judge a story you don’t fully know.
𝗟𝗜𝗦𝗧𝗘𝗡 with compassion. Put yourself in the shoes of victim-survivors, and champion their right to safety, dignity, and justice.

Ending VAW rests on all of us. Let us rise as one, stand UNiTEd, and build a VAW-free Philippines!

Few days to go before we light up the Philippines in orange!

GADvocates, show your support for the 18-Day Campaign to End VAW by adding the bright and optimistic color orange to your icons—it symbolizes hope and a future free from violence against women and girls.

Let’s stand united for a VAW-free Philippines 🧡

P.T.B.U. (Paa, Tuhod, Balikat, Ulo) is part of the radio campaign launched by the PCW and the DDB Group Philippines during the 2018 18-Day Campaign to End Violence Against Women (VAW). This Dubbed as “The Macho Choir”, this award winning campaign used three songs from our childhood that replaces the lyrics with messages against catcalling to emphasize that catcalling is a kind of sexual harassment and it is no laughing matter. Also featured in this radio campaign are the songs “Tsong, tsong, tsong” and "Sitsiritsit"
