Attention to all ๐๐ก๐ฃ ๐๐ฟ๐ฎ๐ฑ๐๐ฎ๐๐ฒ๐ ๐ฎ๐ป๐ฑ ๐๐ป๐ฎ๐ฐ๐๐ถ๐๐ฒ ๐๐ฐ๐ฐ๐ผ๐๐ป๐ ๐๐ผ๐น๐ฑ๐ฒ๐ฟ๐:
Please be advised that as part of our annual system maintenance and to accommodate incoming enrollees, all graduated and inactive knp.edu.ph accounts are scheduled for permanent deletion.

Effective Deletion Date: July 31, 2026
To avoid losing your important files, emails, and projects, you must back up or transfer your data before the deadline.

๐ฉ๐๐๐ ๐ผ๐ ๐๐๐๐ ๐ญ๐๐๐๐: Download important documents, photos, and assignments from your Google Drive.
๐ป๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐ ๐ซ๐๐๐: Migrate your emails and drive files directly to a personal Gmail account.

๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐ ๐ช๐๐๐๐๐๐๐: If you used your institutional email for job applications, resumes, or external accounts (like Canva, Spotify, or banking), ๐ฉ๐ฅ๐๐๐ฌ๐ ๐ฌ๐ฐ๐ข๐ญ๐๐ก ๐ญ๐ก๐๐ฆ ๐ญ๐จ ๐ฒ๐จ๐ฎ๐ซ ๐ฉ๐๐ซ๐ฌ๐จ๐ง๐๐ฅ ๐๐ฆ๐๐ข๐ฅ ๐ข๐ฆ๐ฆ๐๐๐ข๐๐ญ๐๐ฅ๐ฒ.
