Here’s how…

1. Using your browser go to knp-srms.com

2. Log-in with the following details
a. Username: Your I.D. Number (𝐄𝐱. 𝟒𝟏𝟏-𝟏𝟐𝟑𝟒)
b. Password: Your Birthdate with yyyy-mm-dd format
(𝐄𝐱. 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟑-𝟎𝟓-𝟑𝟏 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐌𝐚𝐲 𝟑𝟏, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟑)
c. Type the School Year you want to view (𝐄𝐱. 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟏-𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟐)
d. Select the Semester
e. Click 𝐋𝐎𝐆𝐈𝐍

3. Click the menu bars at the upper left corner and select Grades

4. Click View All

Unlike the past academic years where it usually takes almost a whole semester just to get a student ID, KNP leveled up its process and now has a better and faster way to generate student IDs.

At present, after the student's picture is taken, students will only have to wait from five to ten minutes for their IDs to be printed and released.

“Nindot and ID tas paspas ra ang proceso” said Al Yahyah Sawat, first year criminology student while claiming his first and free ID.

“Naghulat lang mi ug five minutes sa pagkuha sa ID” added Cheka Ericha Mar, also a first year criminology student.

Nevertheless, it is important to follow the recently announced schedule for the pictorials, and to remember that only the new students, the first-year students and the transferees, can have their IDs for free, while the old students are required to pay for them.
