SPECIAL PROGRAM FOR EMPLOYMENT OF STUDENTS (SPES) BENEFICIARIES RECEIVED ₱6,902.76 STIPEND THIS MORNING | August 18, 2026
After the successful completion of the 20-day work program, the Municipality of Pantukan, through the Office of the Municipal Mayor and the Public Employment Service Office (PESO), proudly facilitated the release of the SPES Stipend to the 86 deserving student-beneficiaries, led by the Municipal Mayor, Hon. Oliver "Noy' D. Ceniza.
In his message, Mayor Noy emphasized how privileged and fortunate the student-beneficiaries are to have been given this opportunity—not only to receive financial assistance but also to gain valuable experience in public service, develop relevant skills, and become more prepared for their future.
Mayor Noy encouraged the students to continue pursuing their dreams, work hard, and make the most of every opportunity that comes their way. He will make sure to always include the youth on his priority list of programs, together with the help of Hon. Leonel "Jhong' D. Ceniza, who is also an advocate for youth development.
As he concluded, he reminded the student-beneficiaries to use their stipend in the most meaningful way, whether for their needs at school or their personal necessities.
