It is truly heartwarming to witness and feel the genuine commitment and support of every stakeholder—from the hardworking leadership of the Pantabangan LGU, especially the OPA and MAO Offices, and of course, PhilMech.
As we conclude the 2-day hands-on practical training on fossilized leaves application in cacao production, we extend our congratulations to everyone involved. We are confident that this is only the beginning of many more livelihood and capacity-building trainings for the cacao industry.

Position: STAY-IN MALE FARM SUPERVISOR
Are you passionate about agriculture and ready to grow with a progressive farm? We are looking for a dedicated individual who can help implement farm programs with minimal supervision and contribute to the success of our farm operations.
Qualifications:
✅ Dedicated and passionate about Agriculture
✅ 20 years old and above
✅ Agriculture graduate (Crop Science, Animal Science, or related field) OR with at least 2 years of relevant farm experience
✅ Computer literate and capable of maintaining daily farm records and reports
✅ Able to communicate effectively with farm visitors, clients, and inquiries
✅ Willing to render extra hours when necessary
✅ Willing to attend trainings, seminars, and represent the farm when needed
✅ Can work independently with minimal guidance from the Farm Manager
Benefits:
💰 Competitive salary (negotiable based on qualifications and experience)

📅 Minimum of 6 days off per month
