In celebration of Filipino Values Month 2025, the Balay Dayunan Teen Center conducted a meaningful storytelling activity with our Grade 7 and Grade 8 learners, highlighting the values that shape a truly resilient Filipino heart and spirit.

Through the stories shared and the lessons reflected upon, the students were reminded of the importance of paggalang, malasakit, katatagan, at pagkakaisa values that continue to strengthen our identity as Filipinos.

This activity was made possible through the support of our dedicated facilitators and the enthusiastic participation of our young learners who showed eagerness to learn, listen, and live out these core values in their daily lives.

As we celebrate this special month, may we continue nurturing a matatag na puso at diwa in every kabataan.

Panitan NHS Balay Dayunan Teen Center proudly congratulates the Municipality of Panitan for securing Third Place out of 16 Municipalities in the 2024 Provincial Teen Center Magnate Award, recognizing its dedication as one of the Best Performing LGUs with the most functional teen centers. The honor was awarded during the 6th Pasidungog sa Ikaayong-Lawas December 5, 2025, in Roxas City, Capiz.

This achievement reflects the unwavering dedication of Paniteรฑos youth advocates, teen center coordinators, and local leaders who continuously strive to provide safe, functional, and empowering spaces for adolescents, further strengthening the communityโ€™s commitment to youth development.

Panitan District High School learners attend the LGUโ€™s โ€œYouth Development Training on the Importance of Mental and Emotional Healthโ€ with the theme โ€œUnlocking the Mind: Breaking, Building, and Caring,โ€ held at Hotel Veronica, Pueblo de Panay, Lawaan, Roxas City, November 28โ€“29.

The event showed the Municipality of Panitanโ€™s commitment, led by Mayor Kit Dequiรฑa, to empower its youth by providing safe, supportive, and educational spaces.

Through initiatives like this, the LGU continues to strengthen community engagement and promote holistic development among young learners, ensuring they are equipped with knowledge that fosters both personal growth and overall well-being.
