The induction ceremony was more than a formal traditionโ€”it was a declaration of commitment. Each officer accepted the responsibility to lead with integrity, uphold the values of the institution, and become a voice for the student body. Leadership is not defined by a title or position, but by the willingness to serve, inspire, and make a positive difference.

As these student leaders begin their journey, they are entrusted with the opportunity to strengthen unity, encourage student participation, and create programs that will benefit the entire ICF community. Their success will be measured not only by the projects they accomplish but by the lives they influence and the example they set.
