2nd Military Formation

Quote of the week:

"ROTC instills discipline, leadership, and resilience, shaping future leaders who serve with honor and commitment."

ROTC develops cadets by instilling discipline, leadership, and resilience, which are essential for both military and civilian success. Discipline is fostered through structured routines and personal responsibility, preparing cadets to manage time and tasks effectively. Leadership is cultivated by providing opportunities to lead teams, make decisions, and solve problems under pressure. Resilience is built through physically and mentally demanding challenges that teach cadets to persevere and adapt in difficult situations. These qualities shape future leaders who serve with honor and commitment, ready to excel in any role they pursue.

The 2nd military formation was conducted by 542ND NROTCU (Affiliated) Ce-C Active Officers and its Junior Staff Instructors SN2 Cedrick Dave Romas PN (Res) and SN2 Gerick Niño C Guioguio PN (Res) with 267 Cadette/Cadets present (morning) and 246 Cadette/Cadets present (afternoon)at Cristal e-College NROTC Field.
