*Welcome people regardless of what they can do for you.

This was the word I read early morning today then it hit me... today is world's autism awareness day.

Been an Occupational Therapist since year 2000 when I passed the boards.
It's never easy. I have hundreds of stories to share with regards to experiences happy ones and sad. Have lots of lessons learned and continue to learned. Have matured in my teaching techniques and most all learned to love my profession more.

Their spectrum has indeed made me see, understand, appreciate and love life and people regardless of what they could offer.

Luke 9:48 NIV

Then he said to them, “Whoever welcomes this little child in my name welcomes me; and whoever welcomes me welcomes the one who sent me. For it is the one who is least among you all who is the greatest.”

Thank you Lord for this honorable and great opportunity to be of service to the children you welcome most. May you continue to guide us on how to bring out the best and fulfill the purpose you have for each and everyone of us.
