On 22 0700H September 2026, the PSU Asingan ROTC Unit participated in the celebration of the ๐Ÿ๐Ÿ๐Ÿ”๐ญ๐ก ๐๐ก๐ข๐ฅ๐ข๐ฉ๐ฉ๐ข๐ง๐ž ๐‚๐ข๐ฏ๐ข๐ฅ ๐’๐ž๐ซ๐ฏ๐ข๐œ๐ž ๐€๐ง๐ง๐ข๐ฏ๐ž๐ซ๐ฌ๐š๐ซ๐ฒ through a Tree Planting Activity held along Barangay Domanpot, Asingan, Pangasinan, and the PSU Asingan Campus.

The activity was led by ๐——๐—ฟ. ๐—ฅ๐—ผ๐˜† ๐—–. ๐—™๐—ฒ๐—ฟ๐—ฟ๐—ฒ๐—ฟ, Campus Executive Director, and ๐——๐—ฟ. ๐—ช๐—ถ๐—น๐—น๐—ถ๐—ฎ๐—บ ๐—Ÿ. ๐——๐—ฒ๐—น๐—ฎ ๐—–๐—ฟ๐˜‚๐˜‡, Administrative Officer, with the participation of ๐——๐—ฟ. ๐—๐˜‚๐—น๐—ถ๐—ฒ ๐— . ๐—”๐—ด๐—ฝ๐—ฎ๐—ผ๐—ฎ, NSTP Focal Person, and initiated by ๐——๐—ฟ. ๐—•๐—ฒ๐—ป๐—ท๐—ถ๐—ฒ ๐—ฆ. ๐—–๐—ฎ๐—ป๐˜€๐—ถ๐—ป๐—ผ, Campus HRMO Coordinator.

The activity brought together Graduate Military Assistants, Advance ROTC Officers, faculty members, non-teaching personnel, and students of PSU Asingan Campus, working together in support of environmental conservation and community service.

The activity was also supported by the Barangay Domanpot officials, headed by ๐—•๐—ฎ๐—ฟ๐—ฎ๐—ป๐—ด๐—ฎ๐˜† ๐—–๐—ฎ๐—ฝ๐˜๐—ฎ๐—ถ๐—ป ๐—ฅ๐—ผ๐—บ๐—ฒ๐—ผ ๐—ฃ. ๐—ฃ๐—ถ๐˜€๐—ผ, strengthening the partnership between the university and the local community.

The tree planting activity concluded at 0800H, marking another meaningful effort toward a greener environment and stronger community involvement.

Additionally, ๐‚/๐Œ๐š๐ฃ ๐‘๐จ๐ฐ๐ž๐ง ๐๐š๐ญ๐ซ๐ข๐œ๐ž ๐€ ๐ƒ๐š๐ฆ๐š๐ฌ๐œ๐จ, ๐Ÿ๐‚๐‹, discussed the ROTC Grading System, providing students with a clear understanding of the program's academic and training requirements. ๐’๐ ๐ญ ๐‘๐จ๐๐ข๐ซ๐ž๐œ๐ค ๐’ ๐•๐ข๐ž๐ซ๐ง๐ž๐ฌ ๐๐€ (๐‘๐ž๐ฌ) also delivered a lecture on Basic Medics, highlighting the importance of first aid, emergency response, and medical preparedness.

The activity provided students with valuable insights into the NSTP-ROTC/CWTS Program and the opportunities available through Advance ROTC, inspiring them to develop discipline, leadership, responsibility, and a commitment to service.

The NSTP-ROTC/CWTS Orientation and 1st & 2nd Training Day was successfully carried out and met its objectives. All scheduled activities were completed and concluded at approximately 1200H on the same day.
