📢 Nationwide Anti-Illegal Drugs Advocacy Program 💙

Today, July 31, 2026, Masagana High School successfully conducted the Nationwide Anti-Illegal Drugs Advocacy Program from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM, in compliance with Memorandum Circular No. 2024-0096.

The activity was spearheaded by the Office of the Municipal Mayor, Hon. Enrico A. Roque, in partnership with the Municipal Anti-Drug Abuse Council (MADAC/ADAC) through Mr. Michael De Leon, ADAC Focal Person, with the goal of strengthening awareness and promoting a drug-free, safe, and responsible community among the youth.

We extend our sincere appreciation to our distinguished resource speakers:
• PMSg Riza Salamera – Juvenile Justice and Child in Conflict with the Law (CICL)
• PCMS Armando Raymundo – Drug Awareness and the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act

Our heartfelt gratitude goes to School Principal III Rolando B. Reyes Jr., SPTA President Mrs. Rutchil Salumag and all SPTA officers, Barkada Kontra Droga Adviser Sir Jemerson V. Masagana High School successfully conducted the Induction and Oathtaking Ceremony of the HPTA and SPTA Officers for School Year 2026–2027, celebrating a renewed commitment to partnership, servant leadership, and quality education.

Our heartfelt gratitude goes to Hon. Armando S. Concepcion, Municipal Councilor and Co-Committee Chair on Education, for serving as our Guest of Honor and Speaker and for administering the Oath of Office. We also sincerely thank Dr. Teresita B. Alquiza (PSDS, Pandi South District) and our distinguished local officials and stakeholders—Hon. Alexander Concepcion, Hon. Eufracio M. Dela Cruz, Hon. Dennis M. Lazaro, Hon. Maricel C. The Schools Division of Bulacan proudly joined President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr., Education Secretary Juan Edgardo “Sonny” Angara, and Agriculture Secretary Francisco Tiu Laurel Jr. in the National Kick-Off of the School-Based Feeding Program (SBFP) and Milk Feeding Activity held at Pulilan Central School.

The event reaffirmed the government's commitment to providing nutritious meals and milk to public school learners, promoting better health, improved learning, and overall well-being.

For School Year 2026–2027, the Department of Education will implement universal feeding for all Kindergarten and Grade 1 learners nationwide, regardless of their nutritional status. The program will also continue providing nutritious meals and milk to Grades 2 to 6 learners identified as Severely Wasted (SW) and Wasted (W).

During the event, President Marcos Jr., Secretary Angara, and Secretary Tiu Laurel Jr. joined the milk feeding activity and distributed school bags and storybooks to learners, highlighting the government's continued commitment to quality education and child nutrition.

Taos-pusong pasasalamat ang ipinapaabot ng Masagana High School sa ating butihing Mayor, Hon. Rico Roque, at kay PSDS Ma'am Teresita B. Alquiza sa kanilang ipinagkaloob na metal detector at two-way radio para sa ating paaralan.

Ang kagamitang ito ay malaking tulong sa pagpapatibay ng seguridad sa loob ng paaralan at sa pagpapanatili ng isang ligtas, maayos, at mapayapang kapaligiran para sa ating mga mag-aaral, g**o, at iba pang kawani.

Ang inyong patuloy na suporta at malasakit sa edukasyon at kapakanan ng kabataang Masaganeño ay tunay na inspirasyon sa aming lahat.

Maraming salamat po sa inyong dedikasyon at walang sawang paglilingkod. Nawa'y patuloy pa nating mapagtibay ang ating samahan para sa kapakanan ng ating paaralan at komunidad.

Masagana Councilor, Committee Chairman on Environment, and MHS School Governance Council (SGC) Voting Council Member, for his generous donation of a Metal Scanner Detector in support of our school's safety and security initiatives.

More than the valuable equipment, we sincerely appreciate his unwavering commitment and initiative to help our school—even without being asked. His genuine concern and dedication to the welfare of our learners truly reflect his passion for public service and education.
