Bilang bahagi ng patuloy na pagsusulong ng school safety, disaster preparedness, at emergency readiness, ang Eusebio Roque Elementary School ay makikiisa sa Nationwide Simultaneous Lockdown Drill.
Ang lockdown drill ay isang pagsasanay upang maihanda ang mga mag-aaral, g**o, kawani, at iba pang stakeholders sa wastong pagtugon sa isang sitwasyong maaaring magdulot ng panganib sa seguridad ng paaralan.
Layunin nitong malinang ang pagiging kalmado, alerto, disiplinado, at handang sumunod sa wastong panuto sa panahon ng emergency.

1๏ธโฃ MANATILI SA LOOB NG SILID-ARALAN
Kapag narinig ang lockdown signal o anunsyo, manatili sa loob ng classroom o sa itinakdang ligtas na lugar. Huwag basta lumabas.
2๏ธโฃ ISARA AT I-LOCK ANG PINTO
Agad na isara at i-lock ang pinto kung ito ay bahagi ng inyong school lockdown protocol. Huwag itong buksan para sa sinuman maliban kung may opisyal na utos.
3๏ธโฃ MANATILING TAHIMIK
Iwasan ang pagsasalita, pag-iingay, at anumang kilos na maaaring makaagaw ng atensyon. Panatilihing tahimik ang buong klase.
4๏ธโฃ MANATILI SA LIGTAS NA PUWESTO
Lumayo sa mga pinto at bintana at manatili sa lugar na itinuro ng g**o bilang ligtas.
5๏ธโฃ PATAYIN ANG MGA TUNOG
Kung naaangkop sa inyong school protocol, patayin o i-silent ang cellphone at iba pang device upang maiwasan ang hindi kinakailangang ingay.
6๏ธโฃ MAKINIG SA G**O AT SCHOOL PERSONNEL
Sundin ang mga tagubilin ng g**o, School DRRM Coordinator, school administration, at iba pang awtorisadong personnel.
7๏ธโฃ HUWAG BUMUKAS NG PINTO
Huwag buksan ang pinto kahit may kumatok o tumawag, maliban kung may malinaw at beripikadong opisyal na utos mula sa awtorisadong school personnel.
8๏ธโฃ HUWAG LUMABAS HANGGA'T WALANG ALL-CLEAR
Manatili sa inyong ligtas na puwesto hanggang sa maibigay ang opisyal na ALL-CLEAR o malinaw na tagubilin para sa susunod na hakbang. Sa DepEd-documented lockdown protocol, ang paglabas/evacuation ay isinasagawa lamang matapos maideklarang ligtas ang sitwasyon.

Huwag mag-panic. Ang kalmado at maayos na pagkilos ay mahalaga upang mapanatili ang kaligtasan ng lahat.

Due to the continuing effects of the Southwest Monsoon (Habagat), Eusebio Roque Elementary School continues to implement the Alternative Delivery Mode (ADM) today to ensure the safety of our learners while sustaining the delivery of quality education.
Despite the challenges brought about by the weather, our commitment to providing safe, continuous, and quality education remains steadfast. Through the dedicated efforts of our teachers and the active support of parents and learners, learning activities continue to be carried out effectively at home. ๐๐

ALTERNATIVE WORK ARRANGEMENTS FOR GOVERNMENT OFFICES, ALTERNATIVE LEARNING MODES FOR SCHOOLS ON AUGUST 20
Pursuant to Memorandum Circular No. 131, government offices are directed to implement appropriate alternative work arrangements in the National Capital Region and the following provinces on August 20, 2026:

๐ Benguet
๐ Ilocos Norte
๐ Ilocos Sur
๐ La Union
๐ Pangasinan
๐ Bataan
๐ Bulacan
๐ Nueva Ecija
๐ Pampanga
๐ Tarlac
๐ Zambales
๐ Batangas
๐ Cavite
๐ Laguna
๐ Rizal
๐ Occidental Mindoro
Unless otherwise directed by their respective Local Chief Executives, alternative learning modes for classes and learning continuity measures at all levels in public and private schools shall be implemented in the aforementioned areas.
Agencies involved in the delivery of basic and health services, disaster preparedness and response, and other vital services shall continue their operations and render the necessary services.
Contract of Service (COS) and Job Order (JO) workers placed under alternative work arrangements shall be paid their corresponding wages or salaries, subject to applicable rules and regulations.
The suspension of work or adoption of alternative work arrangements in the private sector shall be left to the discretion of management.

ONLINE ORIENTATION ON UPS MANAGEMENT
A productive online orientation on Unified Profiling System (UPS) Management was conducted to strengthen our understanding and skills in effectively managing learner information and records through the UPS.
The session provided valuable insights on proper data management, system utilization, and the importance of accurate and updated information in supporting efficient school operations and quality service delivery. ๐ป๐
The Online Orientation on UPS Management was successfully conducted and facilitated by our ICT Coordinator, Maโam Angelica M. Samaniego, who shared essential knowledge, guidance, and practical insights on the proper utilization and management of the UPS.
The activity enhanced the personnelโs understanding of the system and emphasized the importance of accurate data management, efficient system utilization, and effective performance monitoring in supporting school operations and the achievement of institutional goals.
