Good day, Scholars!

Please be informed that the Masterlist of TDP and TES Scholars attached to this post. Kindly check the attached masterlist and verify if your name is included.

For those names listed, please accomplish the Google Form provided below and upload the following required documents:

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS
1. Scanned copy of LANDBANK ATM Card / Virtual Card
2. Scanned copy of Deposit Slip
3. Scanned Copy of Student ID / Any Gov. ID with 3 Specimen Signatures

โ–ฒ IMPORTANT REMINDERS

Make sure that all uploaded documents are clear, complete, and readable.
Ensure that the name and account details on your LANDBANK document are visible and correct.
The Student ID must contain 3 specimen signatures.
Double-check your uploaded files before submitting the form.
Only scholars included in the attached masterlist should answer the form.
Failure to submit the required documents may cause a delay in the processing/release of your stipend.

Scholars must also submit the photocopy of the required documents at the Admission Office on August 13 & 14, 2026.
If a deposit slip is not available, kindly visit LANDBANK and deposit any amount into your account to generate a valid deposit slip.
