Are you ready to lead, serve, and make a difference in the Criminology community? Criminology Academic Leaders and Mentors (CALM) is now officially opening the Filing of Candidacy for the upcoming General Election 2026!

🗓 Filing Period: June 14–21, 2026

We are looking for dedicated, responsible, and passionate student leaders who are willing to uphold excellence, integrity, and service. If you have the heart to lead and the commitment to represent your fellow criminology students, this is your opportunity to step forward.

Available Positions:
• President
• Vice President for Mentorship
• Vice President for Lecturing
• Secretary
• Treasurer
• Public Information Officer (PIO)
• 1st Year Representative
• 2nd Year Representative
• 3rd Year Representative
• 4th Year Representative

General Qualifications:
• Must be a bona fide ICJE student of APCI
• Demonstrates leadership potential
• Must be in good academic standing (GWA of at least 85%)

The Criminology Academic Leaders and Mentors successfully conducted a seminar on RA 11131 and Test-Taking Techniques with the theme “Start Early, Stay Ready: Building Future Criminologists for RA 11131 and Board Exam Success.” 🎓📚

The activity was spearheaded by John Francis Banilad, RCrim, together with the dedicated club officers who made the event possible. Special recognition to Master of Ceremony Dorothy Hannah Fe I. Dumagan, and to the team in charge of venue preparation and technical support: Catrina Albiso, Alexza Mae Dulla, and Catherine Joy Paulo.

We extend our sincere gratitude to our guest speaker, Mark Gil L. Malbas, RCrim, CCS, for sharing his expertise and valuable insights about Republic Act No. 11131 and effective strategies in preparing for the Criminologist Licensure Examination.

The seminar became even more engaging as the participants took part in an interactive session where the speaker provided a 10-item mock test based on a Table of Specifications, along with practical tips on how to effectively approach and overcome the challenges of the Criminologists Board Examination. This activity not only enhanced the participants’ knowledge but also strengthened their confidence in preparing for their future professional journey.

Special thanks as well to our documentation team, Angel Alvarado and Davejohn Patrick Auditor, for capturing the highlights of the event. 📸

The Criminology Academic Leaders and Mentors (CALM) proudly invites all club members to participate in our upcoming seminar on Republic Act No. 11131 – also known as the Republic Act No. 11131 or the Philippine Criminology Profession Act of 2018.

🗓 Date: March 13, 2026
⏰ Time: 1:00 - 5:00 pm
📍 Venue: APCI NEW CONFERENCE HALL

This seminar aims to strengthen our understanding of RA 11131, its implementing rules and regulations, and its relevance to the Criminology Licensure Examination and professional practice. As future criminologists, it is essential that we are well-equipped with knowledge of the law governing our profession.
