π Important Update from the Research Ethics Board (REB) π
We want to keep our researchers informed about the expected timelines for the initial review process. Please be guided by the following working days:
For research undergoing Expedited Review, the initial review period will be 5 working days.
For research requiring a Full Board Review, the initial review period will be 30 working days.
If the researchers need the Initial Review Certificate immediately, please submit the requirements ahead of time.
We appreciate your understanding and adherence to these timelines.

LOOK | Day 2 of our Research Ethics Seminar and Workshop was a resounding success!
We're so proud to announce that the event, held at the ACES Covered Court, was a triumph thanks to the enthusiastic participation of all 3rd year BSBA, BSAB, DAFT, BSIT, BSHM, BTVTED, and BSIT 4th year students, as well as our Grade 12 students.
A huge thank you to our brilliant speaker, Sir Kenny Jim Gambong, for sharing his expertise on the Belmont Report and the Data Privacy Act. His valuable insights and engaging presentation made for a truly impactful learning experience for all in attendance.
We also want to extend our special thanks to our REB Chairperson, Ma'am Patricia Mae Barrete Aripal LPT, CREA, CRDA, for facilitating this important event.
The students' active participation and eagerness to learn during the workshop were truly inspiring. Their engagement demonstrated a genuine commitment to ethical research, and we're confident that this event has equipped them with essential knowledge for their future academic and professional endeavors.
