𝑴𝒐𝒓𝒆 𝒕𝒉𝒂𝒏 𝒂 𝑮𝒂𝒎𝒆: 𝑰𝑵𝑻𝑹𝑨𝑴𝑼𝑹𝑨𝑳𝑺 2026 🏀 🏐 🏸 🏃

For two days, Kasilak National High School came alive with cheers, colors, competition, and camaraderie as learners took part in Intramurals 2026 on August 14–15.

More than a battle for points and trophies, the games became a celebration of unity, friendship, skill, and sportsmanship.

During the opening ceremony, School In-Charge Sir Chindy F. Bitoy reminded learners that Intramurals is not only about winning, but also about building camaraderie, strengthening friendships, honing skills, and playing with sportsmanship.

EdCom Chair Hon. Natividad R. Pentason likewise encouraged the athletes to represent Kasilak NHS wholeheartedly and carry the pride of their school in every game.

With every cheer, play, and challenge, the Green & Purple Cyclone, Yellow Thunder, Red Blaze, and Blue Lightning showed that competition is even more meaningful when played with heart and respect.

A heartfelt appreciation to Sports Coordinator Mam Layland O. Macatol, our coaches, athletes, committees, and everyone behind the scenes who helped make the games smooth, fair, and safe.

At the end of the two-day celebration, there was more than a champion. There were memories made, friendships strengthened, and a school united through sports.

Hulyo 31, 2026 - Masaya, makulay, at puno ng sigla ang pagdiriwang ng Nutrition Month Culmination ng Kasilak National High School na may temang: “Sa PPAN: Nutrisyon at Kalikasan, Ating Pangalagaan!”

Pinangunahan ni Gng. Resyn Faye C. Paybano ang programa sa pamamagitan ng isang makabuluhang mensahe tungkol sa kahalagahan ng wastong nutrisyon at pangangalaga sa kalusugan bilang pundasyon ng magandang kinabukasan. Binigyang-diin niya na ang isang malusog na pangangatawan ay isang mahalagang puhunan, lalo na para sa mga kabataan.

Nagbigay rin ng sigla at kulay ang iba’t ibang gawain na tunay na nagpamalas ng talento, pagkamalikhain, at pagtutulungan ng bawat baitang.

Sa NutriBooth Competition, ipinakita ng bawat baitang ang kanilang malikhaing booth na nagtatampok ng mga masusustansiyang pagkain at tamang nutrisyon. Nasungkit ng Baitang 9 Aguinaldo ang kampeonato.

Sa NutriZumba Competition naman, pinatunayan ng mga mag-aaral na ang pag-eehersisyo sa pamamagitan ng sayaw ay isang masaya at epektibong paraan upang mapanatiling malusog at aktibo ang katawan. Nasungkit muli ng Baitang 9 Aguinaldo ang Unang Pwesto.

Sa Mr. and Ms. Nutrition Month 2026, namangha ang lahat sa husay, talino, at kumpiyansang ipinamalas ng mga kalahok sa kanilang kasuotan, pagrampa, at pagsagot sa mga tanong. Sa huli, tinanghal na Mr. Nutrition Month ang kinatawan ng Baitang 9 Aguinaldo, habang ang kinatawan ng Baitang 7 Mabini naman ang kinoronahang Ms. Nutrition Month 2026.

Sa pagtatapos ng pagdiriwang, muling napatunayan na ang wastong nutrisyon, aktibong pamumuhay, at pangangalaga sa kalikasan ay mahalagang hakbang tungo sa isang mas malusog, mas matatag, at mas produktibong komunidad.

Congratulations sa lahat ng mga kalahok, nanalo, at sa bawat baitang na naging bahagi ng matagumpay na pagdiriwang ng Nutrition Month 2026!

Kasilak National High School successfully celebrated its 11th Founding Anniversary last July 30, 2026, with the theme, “LEGACY: Honoring the Past. Empowering the Present. Inspiring the Future.” The celebration marked a meaningful milestone as the school honored its partners, stakeholders, and pioneering alumni whose unwavering support and invaluable contributions have helped shape Kasilak NHS over the past eleven years.

True to the theme, one of the highlights of the celebration was the recognition of the school’s first batch of college graduates and board passers, marking another significant milestone in Kasilak NHS’s continuing journey of growth. In his welcome message, School In-Charge Chindy F. Bitoy expressed his gratitude to everyone who has been part of the school’s journey and encouraged the entire Kasilak NHS community to continue serving with faith, unity, and hope as they uphold the school’s commitment to Grow, Shine, and Excel.

Assistant Schools Division Superintendent Basilio P. Mana-ay, Jr. congratulated the awardees and inspired the learners to dream big, reminding them that they, too, can build a brighter future through perseverance, hard work, and education.

Making the celebration more meaningful and purposeful, the school also conducted an Alay Lakad Linis as its way of giving back to the community. Friendly Games were likewise held to promote camaraderie among learners, particularly new and transferee students, helping them feel welcomed as part of the Kasilak NHS family.

The celebration was graced by the members of the Panabo Association of Secondary School Heads and Administrators (PASSHA), Office of the City Mayor Jose E. Relampagos represented by the Executive Secretary Joanne Relampagos Capuyan, representatives from the Office of City Vice Mayor Engr. Franklin Gentiles, Panabo Multipurpose Cooperative, Marsman Drysdale Foundation, Inc., headed by Executive Director Yvonne L. Biyo, Marsman Drysdale Panabo Agri-Ventures, Inc., represented by Joy Talaba, and the Barangay Kasilak Officials, represented by Hon. Natividad Pentason, EdCom Chair, PTA Officers headed by Mr. Archie Ballena, Jr., and together with other valued guests and partners whose presence and support contributed to the success of the celebration.

As Kasilak National High School celebrates eleven years of service, the school remains grateful to its learners, parents, alumni, partners, stakeholders, and the entire community for their continued trust and support. More than celebrating the milestones of the past, this anniversary reaffirms the school’s commitment to creating more opportunities, empowering future generations, and building a stronger legacy—remaining true to its enduring promise to Grow, Shine, and Excel.
