True resourcefulness isn't about having the perfect tools, the biggest budget, or the ideal circumstances. Itโs about creativity, resilience, and the drive to find a way forward when the path isn't clear.
Whether you are a student tackling a tough project, a professional managing a tight deadline, or a parent balancing a busy household, your ability to adapt and innovate is your superpower. Let's challenge ourselves this week to stop saying "I can't do this" and start asking "๐๐จ๐ฐ ๐๐๐ ๐ ๐ฆ๐๐ค๐ ๐ญ๐ก๐ข๐ฌ ๐ฐ๐จ๐ซ๐ค?"

In line with Republic Act 10121, also known as the Philippine Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Act of 2010, Panabo City National High School (PCNHS) participated in the quarterly Nationwide Simultaneous Earthquake Drill (NSED) yesterday, June 18, 2026.
The mandate enforces the National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council (NDRRMC) to implement these drills across schools, government offices, and private institutions nationwide.
Its primary objective is to ensure total preparedness in the event of a major earthquake. The drill provided a vital, hands-on exercise for students, teaching, and non-teaching personnel, equipping them with the necessary knowledge and immediate reflexes required during a real seismic event.
Beyond educating the school community on safety protocols, the NSED served as a critical testing ground to evaluate the coordination, swift evacuation procedures, and emergency response capabilities of the schoolโs disaster response team.

Batch President Jophil Jacob, together with Marlon Dologuin, Anthony Caminero, and Maria Esmeria Porol, formally turned over fiber-glass basketball rings to Panabo City National High School (PCNHS) in support of the school's sports development program.
Jacob emphasized that the batchโs projects are carefully aligned with the needs of the school, reflecting their dedication to giving back to their alma mater.
Manuel M. Esperanza, Principal III, expressed his gratitude to the alumni, commending Batch 2001 for fulfilling their commitment and transforming their promises into meaningful action. He also reaffirmed the schoolโs commitment to the holistic development of learners and to ensuring that the donation will benefit PCNHS student-athletes.
ASDS Basilio P. Mana-ay Jr., PhD, CESO VI, likewise recognized the significance of the donation, noting that strong alumni support plays a vital role in developing well-equipped and competitive student-athletes.
The donation serves as another testament to the enduring partnership between PCNHS and its alumni in promoting excellence in education and sports.

Freedom is more than the ability to do what we want, it is the responsibility to make wise choices, respect the rights of others, and contribute positively to our community.
As we celebrate and appreciate the gift of freedom, may we use it to promote kindness, uphold integrity, and stand for what is right. Let us honor the sacrifices of those who fought for our liberty by becoming responsible, compassionate, and patriotic citizens.

The opening of School Year 2026-2027 at PCNHS was marked by a spirit of unity and a swift, disciplined response when an Intensity V earthquake occurred during the flag ceremony.
Despite the unexpected tremor, the school community remained composed. Present to witness the successful commencement of the academic year were Regional EPS Sir Ronnie Mercado, ASDS Dr. Basilio P. Mana-ay Jr., CESO VI, School Principal III Manuel M. Esperanza, and Assistant to the Principal Maria Fe T. Balatero.
The timing of the ceremony proved fortunate; being already assembled in the open field, students and staff were safely distanced from buildings when the tremor began. We confirm that ๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐, ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐, ๐๐๐
