The program opened with the invocation, national anthem, and the welcome message of 𝐃𝐃𝐎𝐒𝐂 𝐏𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐃𝐫. 𝐋𝐢𝐥𝐲𝐛𝐞𝐭𝐡 𝐌. 𝐌𝐚𝐭𝐮𝐧𝐡𝐚𝐲. Participants explored key sessions on Philippine tourist destinations, culinary heritage, marine and ocean life, and basic Filipino language, accompanied by promotional, cultural, and documentary video presentations.

On November 14, 2025, selected students from Davao del Norte State College (DNSC) proudly represented the institution in the second session of the Virtual Mobility Program – Cultural Connect: Class Meet Year 3, together with 𝐒𝐢𝐫 𝐌𝐞𝐫 𝐉𝐮𝐧 𝐂𝐚𝐧̃𝐚𝐬, 𝐇𝐞𝐚𝐝 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐈𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐳𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐈𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐄𝐱𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐀𝐟𝐟𝐚𝐢𝐫𝐬 𝐎𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐞 (𝐈𝐈𝐄𝐀𝐎) 𝐨𝐟 𝐃𝐚𝐯𝐚𝐨 𝐝𝐞𝐥 𝐍𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐞 𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐂𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐠𝐞.

Facilitated by 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐟𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐨𝐫 𝐂𝐚𝐫𝐦𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐚 𝐋𝐢𝐞𝐬𝐤𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐒𝐡𝐢𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐞 𝐔𝐧𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐲, the event served as a meaningful platform for Filipino and Japanese students to share knowledge, traditions, and cultural perspectives. Representing the Global Student Buddies (GSB) Organization, DNSC students delivered presentations on topics such as the Japan–Philippines connection, weather and its related challenges, and Christmas and New Year traditions.

Special recognition to the participating students: 𝗖𝘆𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝗝𝗼𝘆𝗰𝗲 𝗠𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗷𝗲𝘀, 𝗔𝗹𝗲𝘅𝗶𝘀 𝗖𝗹𝗮𝗶𝗿𝗲 𝗔𝗽𝗹𝗮𝗰𝗮, 𝗡𝗼𝗿𝘆𝗹𝗶𝗲 𝗠𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗲𝘇, 𝗝𝗼𝗷𝗶𝗲 𝗥𝗼𝗱𝗿𝗶𝗴𝘂𝗲𝘇, 𝗖𝗵𝗿𝗶𝘀𝗷𝗵𝗼𝗻 𝗔𝗴𝘂𝗶𝗽𝗼 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗥𝗲𝘅 𝗣𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴. Representing the Global Student Buddies Organization, DNSC students presented topics on food, nature, religion, education, culture, and celebrations, promoting intercultural understanding and global friendship.
