𝗜𝗕𝗣𝗔-𝗟𝗦𝗚 | 𝗖𝗘𝗟𝗘𝗕𝗥𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗧𝗘𝗔𝗖𝗛𝗘𝗥𝗦' 𝗗𝗔𝗬

The Institute of Business and Public Affairs–Local Student Government (IBPA-LSG) celebrated Teachers’ Day on September 30, 2026 honoring the educators who continue to guide, inspire, and shape the students of the institute and the entire DNSC community.

With simple songs and heartfelt gifts, the IBPA-LSG took the opportunity to show appreciation to our College President, Joy Sorrosa, PhD; Vice President for Academic Affairs, Ma. Melanie N. Edig PhD; IBPA Dean, Florie Ann L. Fermil RPm, RGC, MaEd; Chairpersons; and our dedicated instructors from BSTM, BSSW, BSDRM, BSE, and BPA.

These may be simple gestures, but they carry our sincere gratitude for all the time, patience, and effort they give to us every day. Teachers are more than just people who teach us lessons inside the classroom. They guide us, remind us when we lose our way, encourage us when things get difficult, and help prepare us for the future. In many ways, they become our second parents in school.

Teachers’ Day may be celebrated once a year, but our appreciation for them should not end on just one day. Let us continue to respect, listen to, and value our teachers and everything they do for us.
