[Lifting of Suspension of Work and Classes]

We would like to inform all students, employees, and stakeholders that the recent bomb threat has been thoroughly investigated and declared safe by the Philippine National Police (PNP) in coordination with our security personnel. We are pleased to announce that the campus is now safe.

As a result, regular classes will resume tomorrow, and all campus offices will be open. Please continue to adhere to safety protocols and promptly report any suspicious activity.

We are grateful for the cooperation shown by everyone during this incident.

Thank you for your continued understanding and support.

There are only two lasting bequests that parents hope to give their children - roots and wings: roots to know where home is, and wings to fly off and practice what has been taught them. Roots which will guide our children in choosing between the true and the false, the just and the unjust. And wings that will teach them how to soar into wider worlds of understanding. And they can be grown—these roots and wings—only in the home.

Victor Hugo is one of the most loved French Romantic writers known to express beautiful sentiments in words. He wrote this famous quote in his literary novel masterpiece, Les Miserables, on teaching values versus the pursuit of wealth.
As parents, how do we teach our children to value what’s essential?
1. Create an atmosphere that values connection and relationships with one another rather than the pursuit of material things. Start the day with breakfast focusing on having conversations or playing with your child free from any distractions.
2. Foster the no-rewards based chore system in your own homes. Household chores should not be associated with any monetary value assigned to a completed task, rather teach our children to help out because they are part of the family. Expect them to clean up after when they are done playing and assign them daily chores that are age-appropriate.
3. Be mindful of teaching our kids to be kind to their siblings and friends, to show concern for other people’s feelings and more importantly, to be kind to themselves.
