Our teaching personnel extend their sincere appreciation to the Department of Education for providing lapel voice amplifiers. These devices will be a great help in making classroom instruction, discussions, and school activities clearer and more convenient for our teachers.

🎉 𝐃𝐅𝐃𝐒𝐍𝐇𝐒 𝐌𝐀𝐑𝐊𝐒 𝟔𝐓𝐇 𝐅𝐎𝐔𝐍𝐃𝐈𝐍𝐆 𝐀𝐍𝐍𝐈𝐕𝐄𝐑𝐒𝐀𝐑𝐘 𝐀𝐍𝐃 𝐅𝐀𝐌𝐈𝐋𝐘 𝐃𝐀𝐘 𝐂𝐄𝐋𝐄𝐁𝐑𝐀𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍 💙

Bringing together learners, parents, teachers, school personnel, and community stakeholders, our school celebrated its 6th Founding Anniversary and Family Day on September 3, 2026, with the theme “One Big Family, One Shared Legacy.”

Led by the SSLG Officers, the celebration began with a Zumba warm-up on the school grounds, followed by the Family Fun Walk.

During the Opening Program, Ma’am Maria Fe T. Balatero, Principal I, delivered the Welcome Address, emphasizing the importance of unity and family within the school community.

Sir Bernie Gil D. Damaso, our Pioneer Teacher, presented the School History, reflecting on the institution’s beginnings and milestones.

Moreover, Public Schools District Supervisor (PSDS) Sir Erick S. Dalumpines delivered a Message of Goodwill, recognizing the efforts of the school community and underscoring the importance of cooperation among learners, teachers, parents, and stakeholders.

Meanwhile, Ma’am Cezen Paculanang, Education Program Supervisor in TLE, shared an Inspirational Message, recognizing the meaningful growth of the school community.

Expressing community support, Hon. Joanne D. Buco, Barangay Captain, delivered a Message of Support for the school and its programs.

Furthermore, former School Head and now Public Schools District Supervisor (PSDS) Ma’am Jeanne S. Bajao also delivered a Message of Support, reflecting on her connection with DFDSNHS and encouraging the school to continue growing its student population in the coming school years.

A symbolic Ceremonial Tossing of Wine, led by our school principal, concluded the morning program, marking six years of service and shared accomplishments. 🥂

Families then showcased their talents through the Family Got Talent competition, bringing creativity and enthusiasm to the celebration. 🎤

During the awarding ceremony, certificates and awards were presented to the top five Family Fun Walk finishers, participants who demonstrated energy and enthusiasm during the Zumba warm-up, and the winning Family Got Talent entries. 🏆

Beyond the activities and recognitions, the celebration recognized six years of shared memories, service, partnerships, and community.

As DFDSNHS continues its journey, its founding anniversary serves as a reminder of the importance of unity and a shared commitment to the school’s future.

Selected teachers from our school actively participated in the 𝙄𝙣𝙩𝙚𝙧𝙣𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣𝙖𝙡 𝘾𝙤𝙖𝙨𝙩𝙖𝙡 𝘾𝙡𝙚𝙖𝙣-𝙐𝙥 2026, last September 19, 2026 at Panabo Mangrove Forest Park, Prk. Cogon, Brgy. J.P. Laurel, Panabo City, joining fellow volunteers in promoting environmental awareness and protecting our coastal communities.

Guided by this year’s theme, “Clean Seas for Resilient Communities,” our teachers, 𝘔𝘢'𝘢𝘮 𝘚𝘢𝘳𝘢𝘩 𝘖ñ𝘢𝘵𝘦, 𝘔𝘢'𝘢𝘮 𝘈𝘱𝘳𝘪𝘭 𝘔𝘢𝘦 𝘌𝘶𝘥𝘪𝘭𝘭𝘢, 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘚𝘪𝘳 𝘑𝘰𝘦𝘩𝘢𝘳𝘪 𝘓𝘢𝘨𝘶𝘪𝘣𝘢𝘯, demonstrated that caring for the environment is a shared responsibility. 𝐈𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐦𝐮𝐫𝐚𝐥𝐬 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔 𝐊𝐢𝐜𝐤𝐬 𝐎𝐟𝐟 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐂𝐨𝐥𝐨𝐫𝐬, 𝐂𝐡𝐞𝐞𝐫𝐬, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐒𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐨𝐥 𝐒𝐩𝐢𝐫𝐢𝐭 🎉🏀

Students, teachers, and athletes came alive as 𝐃𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐨 𝐅. 𝐃𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐬𝐚𝐲 𝐒𝐫. 𝐍𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐇𝐢𝐠𝐡 𝐒𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐨𝐥 officially opened 𝐈𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐦𝐮𝐫𝐚𝐥𝐬 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔 on August 20–21, 2026, celebrating sportsmanship, talent, and school spirit across the entire school community. 🎊

Marching in their grade-level colors, the program opened with a spirited mini-parade, followed by a presentation of yells and an on-the-spot Zumba competition. Everyone's excitement grew even more as 𝐄𝐮𝐠𝐞𝐧𝐞 𝐒𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐢𝐥𝐚𝐧 and 𝐉𝐨𝐡𝐧 𝐂𝐚𝐫𝐥 𝐁𝐚𝐥𝐛𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐝𝐚 led the ceremonial torch lighting, followed by the inspirational message and the Unity Ball Ceremony, both led by School Principal I 𝐌𝐚'𝐚𝐦 𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐚 𝐅𝐞 𝐓. 𝐁𝐚𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐨, together with Sports Coordinator 𝐌𝐚'𝐚𝐦 𝐒𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐡 𝐌. 𝐎ñ𝐚𝐭𝐞 and the student captains from every grade level.

One of the highlights of the event was the search for 𝐌𝐫. & 𝐌𝐬. 𝐈𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐦𝐮𝐫𝐚𝐥𝐬 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔, with candidates showcasing their beauty, eloquence, and sportsmanship through the production number, sports attire competition, and question-and-answer portion. Grade 10 representative 𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐣𝐨𝐫𝐢𝐞 𝐂. 𝐋𝐚𝐬𝐜𝐨 shone brightly, bagging several special awards on her way to being crowned 𝐌𝐬. 𝐈𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐦𝐮𝐫𝐚𝐥𝐬 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔, while Grade 11 student 𝐉𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐜𝐤 𝐏𝐚𝐥𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐚 was named 𝐌𝐫. 𝐈𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐦𝐮𝐫𝐚𝐥𝐬 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔.

The celebration wrapped up with the awarding of medals and certificates to the winning teams and outstanding student-athletes. Ma'am Sarah Onate thanked the teachers, officers, and students who made the event possible in her closing remarks, reminding everyone that playing fair, working as a team, and having fun matter far more than simply winning. Everyone went home happy, proud, and full of school spirit, with new memories to treasure.

Sa linggong ito, ating bigyang-halaga ang 𝙳𝚒𝚜𝚒𝚙𝚕𝚒𝚗𝚊 𝚊𝚝 𝙺𝚊𝚊𝚢𝚞𝚜𝚊𝚗—ang pagiging responsable, pagsunod sa mga alituntunin, at paggawa ng tama sa tamang oras at paraan. Sa pamamagitan ng disiplina, natututo tayong maging maayos, responsable, at magalang sa ating sarili at sa kapwa.

𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴, 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴, 𝗚𝗿𝗼𝘄𝗶𝗻𝗴: 𝟮𝗻𝗱 𝗦𝗟𝗔𝗖 𝗦𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 📚

Continuing our commitment to continuous professional growth, our school held its 2nd School Learning Action Cell (SLAC) Session, creating another meaningful avenue for teachers to connect, learn, collaborate, and strengthen their practice.

Kicking off the session was an engaging psychosocial wellness activity led by Ma'am Hannah Donasco, creating a space for appreciation, connection, and camaraderie among the teaching personnel. 🤝

Focusing on assessment planning, Ma'am Jina S. Laguiban, Academic Head, led a discussion on the Table of Specifications (TOS), highlighting the importance of aligning assessments with learning competencies and classroom instruction.

Sir Joehari Laguiban continued the session with a re-echo of the Learning Resource Management and Information System (LRMIS), strengthening teachers' understanding of the effective management and utilization of learning resources. 💻

The 2nd SLAC was a meaningful blend of well-being, collaboration, and professional learning, strengthening teachers as they continue to grow together for the benefit of every learner.
