Humans and Animals are occupying space that provides them home , comfort and value. It fed us, nurtured and grew. A space were everything is ours with limitations , anything is beautiful with promises and curse, some things are cure and some things are death.A cycle is rampant and necessary. Where anything breathing or non has freedom and access. Speculation had said it is alive , a love , a mother. The life of lives ,the Environment.
As studens all the way from the Southern Davao National High School we'd like to showcase how preservation takes place.
Come and join us and witness a way of making a difference!
Agreeing to cleanliness is siding to goodness. There we sweep, segregate and recycle because small deeds count. Enabling life to grow and foster , we plant! Flowers and veggies to begin with. Flowers , contents of our eye pleasing flower boxes that enliven. Plants , to benefit the excess, healthy soil. "Gulayan sa Paaralan" is a way of expanding home gardens also develops skills. For nothing is infinite, conserving is the key. We save water and energy for greater good. Faucets are tightly close to avoid leaks. Switch off, when lights are not necessary.
The melodic , afternoon breeze emphasises the healthy , greenish leaves of trees surrounding the premises. As we rightfully segregate garbages , we also avoid burning them into ashes. Leaves from trees and weeds from grasses are good fertilizers. To support activities with initiatives and goals ,we have our very beautiful , eco-friendly values park , where we can actually start everything.
Though infrastructures are stood high and bold, the beauty of nature is somewhat something to behold. In any way big or small , creating a difference is in our hands. In this very day where the environment is awakened , taking few moves and slowly bursting , that difference is necessary. This is the good time to start as any. It took us too long but if we start now , together, the results are the difference we seek.

As we celebrate , may this event be an avenue to assess and evaluate our collective efforts in saving and preserving our mother earth. We the Quezon National High School SSG has been advocating sustainable and eco-friendly lifestyle. With these, we encourage everyone to participate our
Photo Challenge
As part of the series of events for the Kabataan Para sa Kinaiyahan event, we organized a photo challenge.. Here's how you can take part;
1. Take a picture of you planting a tree (or any kind of plant), recycling something, segregating wastes or any kind of activity that promotes conservation and protection of the earth.
2. Provide a description of your picture highlighting the importance of what you are doing (e.g. why planting a tree is needed or why recycling should be done). Don't forget to add the hastags
3. Afterwards, submit it to Ellen Mae Orbita by sending it to her email [email protected] or you may chat her on messenger Mae Orbita. Take note, submit both the pic and your description
4. Process done! Wait for your picture to be uploaded on your SSG's page.
This event will prove that the youth is still being mindful with nature and we're taking actions to save it.

We can't afford to lose our only home therefore we should start to change our ways and recalibrate our minds.
