Supporting our teachers and non-teaching personnel as they return to school after the earthquake — providing MHPSS to help heal minds, strengthen hearts, and rebuild hope. As work resume, we recognize that recovery begins with care. These sessions offer a safe space for the personnel to share, reflect, and regain the strength they need to continue inspiring and guiding their students toward healing and resilience.

Been monitoring the Mental Health check In after earthquake. thanking God that you are safe. It is Normal to feel anxious and fear. here are some tips to keep you calm and ready.

Acknowledge Your Feelings – It’s normal to feel scared, anxious, or shaken. Labeling your emotions (“I am scared”) can help you process them.

Stay Connected – Talk to family, friends, or colleagues. Sharing your feelings reduces stress.

Practice Mindfulness or Grounding – Focus on senses: name 5 things you see, 4 you can touch, 3 you hear, 2 you smell, 1 you taste. This helps your mind stay in the present.

and above all PRAY. Stay safe everyone 💚💚💚
