As the YES-O continues its activities, every participation, every helping hand, and every small effort has shown us something truly meaningfulβ€”the commitment and genuine dedication of our members toward caring for the environment. From cleaning and organizing to maintaining our surroundings, each action reflects our shared responsibility to keep our school clean, green, and sustainable.

It is through these consistent efforts that we see the true spirit of environmental advocacy.
Every sweep, every collected piece of waste, every properly segregated material, and every moment spent caring for our surroundings may seem small, but together, they create a bigger impact.

To all our YES-O members and officers who continue to participate, cooperate, and give their time, thank you for showing that caring for the environment is not just a responsibilityβ€”it is a commitment we choose to live by. Let’s keep showing up, keep helping, and keep making a differenceβ€”one clean space and one small action at a time!

Today, the YES-O Club once again turned teamwork into action as our members came together to landscape and improve different areas of our school environment. With every plant placed, every space arranged, and every task accomplished, our members showed that creating something beautiful begins with a willingness to help and work together.

More than just landscaping, today’s activity was a reflection of cooperation, dedication, and environmental responsibility. Each helping hand contributed to something biggerβ€”a cleaner, greener, and more welcoming space for everyone. What we build together today can leave a lasting impact on our school community tomorrow.

A heartfelt thank you to everyone who participated and gave their time and effort today! Your teamwork and commitment continue to make a difference. Let us keep growing, caring, and working together because when we unite our efforts, we can turn simple spaces into something beautiful and meaningful.

Yesterday and today, the YES-O Club once again demonstrated that meaningful change begins with commitment and action. Despite the heat, busy schedules, and other responsibilities, our members continued to show up, participate, and lend a helping hand in caring for our school environment. Their presence and willingness to contribute are truly worth recognizing.

Every effortβ€”whether through cleaning, organizing, maintaining our surroundings, or simply working togetherβ€”may seem small, but when done with dedication and cooperation, these actions create a greater impact on our environment. Through our continued participation, we are not only keeping our surroundings cleaner but also strengthening the culture of environmental responsibility within our school community.

Our fullest and heartfelt thanks to every YES-O member who remained active and committed yesterday and today.

Your time, energy, cooperation, and perseverance, especially despite the challenging heat and your busy schedules, are deeply appreciated. May we continue working together, one action at a time, toward a cleaner, greener, and more sustainable environment.

YES-O: Together in Action. United for the Environment.

Last Thursday, the YES-O club once again came together to keep our surroundings clean, organized, and well-maintained. Through our continuous efforts in cleaning and sustaining the Eco-Park and other areas, we were reminded that caring for our environment is not a one-time taskβ€”it is a commitment that we must continue every day.

More than the work itself, today’s activity was also about cooperation and teamwork. Every helping hand, shared effort, and simple act of responsibility contributed to making our surroundings a better place. When we work together and support one another, even the simplest tasks become meaningful steps toward a cleaner and greener school community.

A heartfelt thank you to all YES-O members who participated and gave their time and effort! Your cooperation, dedication, and willingness to help truly embody the spirit of our organization. Let us continue to care, serve, and take actionβ€”because small actions, when done together, create a greater impact.

From proper waste segregation to cleaning and arranging our spaces, every task became a meaningful reminder that caring for our environment starts with us.

What may seem like small actions can create a greater impact when we do them together. Every piece of waste properly segregated, every corner cleaned, and every space organized reflects our commitment to building a cleaner and more sustainable school community. Small actions, greater impact.

πƒπˆπƒ π˜πŽπ” πŠππŽπ–?

Frogs and other amphibians can serve as indicators of environmental health and well-being.

Amphibians are known for having permeable skin, which allows them to absorb water and substances from their surroundings. Many amphibians also depend on both aquatic and terrestrial habitats throughout their life cycles. Because of these characteristics, they can be particularly sensitive to changes in their environment.

Changes in pollution, climate, and habitat conditions can negatively affect amphibian populations. When amphibian populations decline or disappear from an area, it can be a warning sign that something may be affecting the ecosystem, such as water pollution, habitat destruction, climate change, or disease.

𝑡𝒂𝒕𝒖𝒓𝒆'𝒔 π’”π’Žπ’‚π’π’ π’—π’π’Šπ’„π’† 𝒕𝒉𝒂𝒕 π’„π’π’π’—π’†π’šπ’” π’Šπ’Žπ’‘π’π’“π’•π’‚π’π’• π’”π’Šπ’ˆπ’π’‚π’π’”

Their presence or absence can provide valuable clues about the health of an ecosystem. This reminds us that protecting even the smallest creatures can help us understand and protect the environment we all depend on.

Let us continue to protect their habitats and promote environmental awareness. Because when we protect biodiversity, we also protect the balance of nature itself.

Today, August 13, the YES-O family continues to turn commitment into action as we promote cleanliness and care for our Eco-Park and other areas within the school community. Through simple acts such as cleaning, organizing, maintaining our surroundings, and supporting our environmental initiatives, we continue to show that keeping our environment clean is a responsibility we can all take part in.

Our efforts today are more than just another club activityβ€”they are a reminder that every small action contributes to a cleaner, healthier, and more welcoming school environment. From caring for the Eco-Park to fulfilling our responsibilities as YES-O members, we are proud to continue working together for the goals and advocacy of our organization.

A heartfelt thank you to everyone who participated, lent a hand, and gave their time and effort today. Your dedication, teamwork, and willingness to serve truly make a difference.

Let us continue to keep the momentum going and prove that when we work together, even the smallest actions can grow into something meaningful.

Every task completed today reflects our shared commitment to environmental stewardship and sustainability.

The Eco-Park is more than just a projectβ€”it is a symbol of our responsibility to care for nature and inspire others to do the same. As we continue this journey, every contribution, no matter how small, helps transform our vision into reality. Together, we are building a greener campus while strengthening the values of cooperation, leadership, and environmental awareness.

One step at a time, one project at a time, we grow together for a greener tomorrow. Thank you to all the YES-O members who participated and dedicated their time and effort to today's Club Day. Let's continue to protect, preserve, and make a positive impact on our environment.

This July Plastic Free Month, the A.O. Floirendo National High School – Youth for Environment in Schools Organization (YES-O) calls on every student, teacher, and member of the school community to take meaningful steps toward reducing plastic waste.

Every reusable bag, bottle, and container we choose over single-use plastics is a simple yet powerful action that helps protect our environment. Small changes in our daily habits can create a lasting impact for future generations.

Plastic pollution continues to threaten our ecosystems, wildlife, and communities. By refusing unnecessary plastics and practicing proper waste segregation, we become part of the solution rather than the problem.

Together, let us build a culture of environmental responsibility where every individual understands that protecting nature begins with the choices we make each day.

This July, let us stand united in saying NO to single-use plastics and YES to a cleaner, greener, and more sustainable future. Be the change, inspire others, and remember that every plastic-free decision is a step closer to a healthier planet. Together, let's make every month a Plastic-Free Month!

Different in appearance, yet extraordinary in purposeβ€”mangroves stand as one of nature's greatest protectors.

Today, July 26, 2026, we celebrate the International Day for the Conservation of the Mangrove Ecosystem by recognizing the vital role mangroves play in protecting our coastlines, preserving marine biodiversity, and helping combat the effects of climate change.

Mangroves are more than just trees with unique and peculiar roots. They serve as natural shields against coastal erosion, reduce the impact of strong waves and storm surges, provide a safe habitat for countless areas marine species, and store significant amounts of carbon that help mitigate climate change. Despite their quiet presence, they protect both people and the environment in remarkable ways.

Protecting mangroves begins with knowledge and responsibility. Successful mangrove restoration requires careful planning, scientific research, and the right location. After all, planting the right species in the right place is far more important than simply planting many seedlings.

This July 26, let us raise awareness and take meaningful action to conserve these invaluable ecosystems. Together, we can ensure that our mangroves continue to protect our shores, sustain marine life, and inspire future generations.
