𝐋𝐎𝐎𝐊 | 𝐓𝐖𝐎 𝐉𝐎𝐔𝐑𝐍𝐄𝐘𝐒, 𝐎𝐍𝐄 𝐋𝐄𝐆𝐀𝐂𝐘

“There once was a traveler, searching across dimensions.”

These words beautifully reflect the journey of the pioneering Federal Student Government—a journey marked by growth, challenges, sacrifices, and meaningful service. As leaders, we embraced both the suffering and bliss that came with the responsibility of serving the student body, carrying on with courage through every uncertainty and change.

As one chapter comes to a close and another begins, the Office of the Federal Student Government warmly invites the DNSC community to the Turnover and Oath-taking Ceremony, State of the Student Government Address, and Pasidungog 2026.

Be part of this meaningful occasion on June 2, 2026, from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the DNSC Gymnasium as we honor the legacy of outgoing student leaders, celebrate achievements, and welcome a new generation of leaders ready to continue the journey of service.

Together, let us look back with gratitude, move forward with hope, and celebrate one legacy shaped by two remarkable journeys.

Empowering Students, Inspiring Change.

𝗙𝗦𝗚, 𝗟𝗦𝗚𝘀, 𝗣𝗕𝗢𝘀 𝗥𝗮𝗶𝘀𝗲 ₱𝟮𝟴,𝟭𝟲𝟬 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝗦𝗮𝗽𝗻𝗮𝘆

In line with SGA 009, the Federal Student Government (FSG), together with Local Student Governments (LSGs) and Program-based Organizations (PBOs), reaffirmed their commitment to support Project Sapnay, the college’s charity arm dedicated to assisting students-in-need.

Under the policy, participating student governments and organizations allocated 3%–5% of their total cash inflows, excluding event contributions, to the initiative. The effort was carried out through the FSG’s charity arm, Project Alayon, which generated a total of ₱28,160 during its first wave of collections.

Today, the said donation was formally turned over to the core officers of Project Sapnay, marking another step in strengthening student-led initiatives anchored on compassion, service, and collective responsibility for the welfare of the student body.

The following organizations participated in the undertaking:
• Federal Student Government
• IC-Local Student Government
• ITEd-Local Student Government
• IAAS-Local Student Government
• Carmen Campus-Local Student Government
• Philippine Association of Food Technologists - Phi Chapter
• Society of Mathematics Educators
• JSWAP-DNSC Chapter
• Coalition of Future Public Administrators
• Productive Entrepreneurs Student Organization
• Society of English Major Students
• Union of Filipino Tourism Students - DNSC Chapter
• Disaster Resiliency and Management Students Organization
• Marine Biological Society
• Society of Fisheries Students

Through unified efforts and shared commitment, the student organizations continue to demonstrate that service extends beyond leadership positions, fostering a culture of solidarity and genuine concern for fellow students in need.

Empowering Students, Inspiring Change.
