The journey from the classroom to the workplace begins with preparation.
The Institute of International Tourism and Hospitality Management (IITHM) successfully conducted the On-the-Job Training (OJT) Orientation for our Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management (BSHM) 4th Year students last August 1, 2026.
The orientation provided students with essential information on internship policies, expectations, professional conduct, documentation requirements, and workplace ethics as they prepare to begin their industry training. This activity marks an important milestone in their transition from academic learning to real-world hospitality practice.
As our future hospitality professionals embark on this exciting journey, we encourage them to uphold the values of professionalism, integrity, excellence, and dedication in every workplace they enter.
Best of luck to all our BSHM interns! May your OJT experience be filled with meaningful learning, growth, and opportunities for success.
