Petiton name : " Education for higher position"

This letter serves as a petition to those who wished to lead the country.The higher the position they wish/want to run, the more qualifications must they accomplish to pass . I believe that being to that higher position must be educated enough , have good credentials and good experiences that would relate to the position they like to handle. I am not underestimating those who were not able to finish their studies, but I am strongly believe that educated and most experienced person has the bility to run the country and lead it in order, equable , and peaceful.
As a leader he/she travelled around the world and talks to different people specially foreign people to attract and convinced them to invest in the Phillipines . English language being our universal language is the best way to communicate to others. Not all with poor education can understand and speak it, but if a person completed his/her college studies he/she can do it both . It is just disappointing that nowadays, people made their choice as how popular or famous the person is .They forget to seek for the credentials , involvement in the society and accomplishments that would qualified or suit to the position .
I just wish that one day I will wake up that the leader of my country has strong leadership,with ability , experience and well educated . Must also knows how to treat people right with or without money especially on attaining justice and rights .
