𝗦𝗘𝗣𝗧𝗘𝗠𝗕𝗘𝗥 𝗥𝗘𝗖𝗢𝗟𝗟𝗘𝗖𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡

WATCH: The spiritual dimension is at the heart of seminary formation. While seminarians are formed to become intellectually competent and committed servant leaders, they are, above all, called to deepen their heart-to-heart relationship with God – the source and sustainer of every vocation.

As part of this ongoing journey of formation, the Minor seminary held its monthly recollection for September. The recollection was facilitated by Bro. JM Canlas of Batch 2011, who shared his personal experiences and reflections on “Growing Up in the Minor Seminary.”

Through Bro. JM’s heartfelt sharing, the seminarians reflected on how the simple joys, lasting friendships, and everyday experiences of seminary life become valuable lessons and core memories that help them respond more generously to God’s call.

As always, it's a joy to welcome home and hear from a son of Mater Boni!
Dacal a salamat, Bro. JM!

IN PHOTOS: Before the heavy flooding hit Pampanga, the Mother of Good Counsel Seminary community came together throughout August to celebrate Buwan ng Wika 2026.

To foster a deeper love for Filipino language, culture, and arts, seminarians participated in a variety of events, including Poster Making, Poem and Essay Writing, a Quiz Bee, Declamation, OPM Himigsikan, and Traditional Folk Dance Presentation.

The community was blessed to have formators and families join in and support these activities.

*Our gratitude goes to our Principal, Sir Dan, and the high school faculty: Sir Paul, Sir Kenneth, Ma’am Ritz, Ma’am Kai, Ma’am Jerica, and Dra. Erby, for leading this meaningful celebration.

WATCH: The Minor seminary community joins the rest of the Kapampangan faithful in celebrating the 70th anniversary of the Canonical Coronation of the Virgen de los Remedios.

In every season and circumstance of life, Mama Mary reminds our minor seminarians where true remedy is found: in her Son, our Lord Jesus Christ. May she always lead their young hearts closer to the love of Christ.

Virgen de los Remedios, ipanalangin mu kaming anak mu.🩵

*We thank the host vicariate, the permanent committee, and the Arzobispado de San Fernando for accommodating our community as we prayed before the venerated images on the eve of the VDLR's solemnity.
