The Learning Resource Center proudly congratulates Ma’am Ellen Marasigan-Labajo, College Librarian III of Palompon Institute of Technology, for successfully attending the 7th Eastern Visayas Librarians Summit 2025, held on October 15–17, 2025, at Radiant Hotel and Events, Tacloban City.

With the theme “Beyond Books: Innovation, Security, and Well-being for Librarians,” the summit highlighted the vital role of librarians in embracing innovation, ensuring information security, and promoting overall well-being within the profession.

📚✨ Library Orientation and treasure hunting activity! ✨📚

Today, the Learning Resource Center successfully conducted the another session of our Library Orientation entitled “Optimizing Library Services & Resources: Effective Utilization of LRC Spaces, Resources, and Services.”

Our orientation was attended by the first year students from:

🚢 BS Marine Engineering section 1B & 1D

The session highlighted how students can maximize the library’s spaces, resources, and services to support their academic journey. 💡📖
