𝗔𝗗𝗩𝗜𝗦𝗢𝗥𝗬 | ASYNCHRONOUS CLASSES ON AUGUST 20, 2026

In accordance with PIT Memorandum No. 158, S. 2026, Palompon Institute of Technology (PIT) hereby informs all students that classes on Thursday, August 20, 2026, will be conducted asynchronously for the whole day.

The directive was issued in consideration of the request of the PIT Faculty Association (PIT-FA) and the PIT Federation of Faculty Association (PIT-FFA) for the conduct of their General Assemblies on August 20, 2026, as well as the scheduled Faculty Night in the evening.

The arrangement also allows students to maximize the day for necessary preparation, coordination, and other institutional activities in connection with the forthcoming Charter Celebration.

Accordingly, students are advised to regularly check their respective learning management systems and officially recognized communication platforms for learning materials, instructions, assignments, and other academic activities provided by their faculty members.

Students are also encouraged to stay updated with official announcements from their instructors, departments, colleges, and the Institute.

Everyone is enjoined to observe this arrangement accordingly and use the day responsibly in preparation for the upcoming institutional activities.

𝐎𝐧 𝐅𝐫𝐢𝐝𝐚𝐲, 𝐀𝐮𝐠𝐮𝐬𝐭 𝟏𝟒, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔, the 𝐚𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐬𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐨𝐫𝐠𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐳𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 under the 𝗖𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗴𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗔𝗿𝘁𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗦𝗰𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲𝘀 (𝗖𝗔𝗦) and the 𝗖𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗴𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗲 𝗘𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 (𝗖𝗢𝗠𝗘𝗗) successfully conducted their scheduled 𝗢𝗿𝗴𝗮𝗻𝗶𝘇𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗚𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗹 𝗔𝘀𝘀𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗹𝗶𝗲𝘀, marking another step toward a year filled with meaningful leadership, collaboration, and service.

These assemblies provided an avenue for organizations to 𝐰𝐞𝐥𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐢𝐫 𝐦𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐫𝐬, 𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐢𝐫 𝐨𝐫𝐠𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐳𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐠𝐨𝐚𝐥𝐬, 𝐝𝐢𝐬𝐜𝐮𝐬𝐬 𝐮𝐩𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐦𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬, and strengthen the spirit of 𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐲, 𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐬𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐜𝐞 among their members.

As we continue this academic year, may these organizations remain committed to fostering 𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩, 𝐞𝐱𝐜𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞, 𝐜𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐚𝐛𝐨𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐟𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐠𝐫𝐨𝐰𝐭𝐡 within the 𝐏𝐈𝐓 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐲.

The 𝐂𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐠𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐓𝐞𝐜𝐡𝐧𝐨𝐥𝐨𝐠𝐲 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐄𝐧𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 (𝐂𝐎𝐓𝐄) and the 𝐂𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐠𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐓𝐞𝐚𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐫 𝐄𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 (𝐂𝐓𝐄) successfully conducted their 𝑭𝒓𝒆𝒔𝒉𝒎𝒆𝒏 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝑻𝒓𝒂𝒏𝒔𝒇𝒆𝒓𝒆𝒆𝒔 𝒘𝒊𝒕𝒉 𝑷𝒂𝒓𝒆𝒏𝒕𝒔 𝑶𝒓𝒊𝒆𝒏𝒕𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏 𝒇𝒐𝒓 𝑨𝒄𝒂𝒅𝒆𝒎𝒊𝒄 𝒀𝒆𝒂𝒓 2026–2027, welcoming incoming students and their parents as they begin their journey in the PIT community. 💙💛

The whole-day orientation provided students and parents with valuable insights into 𝙖𝙘𝙖𝙙𝙚𝙢𝙞𝙘 𝙥𝙤𝙡𝙞𝙘𝙞𝙚𝙨, 𝙨𝙩𝙪𝙙𝙚𝙣𝙩 𝙨𝙚𝙧𝙫𝙞𝙘𝙚𝙨, 𝙘𝙖𝙢𝙥𝙪𝙨 𝙧𝙚𝙜𝙪𝙡𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣𝙨, 𝙘𝙤𝙡𝙡𝙚𝙜𝙚 𝙥𝙧𝙤𝙜𝙧𝙖𝙢𝙨, 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙘𝙖𝙢𝙥𝙪𝙨 𝙡𝙞𝙛𝙚. It also served as an avenue to strengthen communication and partnership between the institution and families.

The 𝐒𝐮𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞 𝐒𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐆𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 sincerely extends its appreciation to the 𝙖𝙙𝙢𝙞𝙣𝙞𝙨𝙩𝙧𝙖𝙩𝙤𝙧𝙨, 𝙛𝙖𝙘𝙪𝙡𝙩𝙮, 𝙨𝙩𝙖𝙛𝙛, 𝙨𝙩𝙪𝙙𝙚𝙣𝙩 𝙡𝙚𝙖𝙙𝙚𝙧𝙨, 𝙥𝙖𝙧𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙨, 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙥𝙖𝙧𝙩𝙞𝙘𝙞𝙥𝙖𝙣𝙩𝙨 whose presence and support contributed to the success of the orientation. 🤝✨

This morning, the 𝐧𝐨𝐧-𝐚𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐨𝐫𝐠𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐳𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐚𝐜𝐜𝐫𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐜𝐥𝐮𝐛𝐬 of 𝐏𝐚𝐥𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐨𝐧 𝐈𝐧𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐭𝐮𝐭𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐓𝐞𝐜𝐡𝐧𝐨𝐥𝐨𝐠𝐲 successfully concluded the 𝐒𝐢𝐦𝐮𝐥𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐞𝐨𝐮𝐬 𝐎𝐫𝐠𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐳𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐆𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐥 𝐀𝐬𝐬𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐥𝐲, bringing together student leaders and members for a meaningful session of learning, collaboration, and leadership. The activity also included the election of new set of officers who will lead their respective organizations for the academic year. The assembly served as an opportunity to strengthen organizational direction, discuss important matters, and formally welcome the newly elected officers who are now ready to lead their respective organizations with dedication, integrity, and purpose. Congratulations to all participating non-affiliated organizations and accredited clubs, as well as to the newly elected student leaders! May this mark the beginning of a productive and impactful year of service, excellence, and active student involvement in the PIT community.
