π PALO I CENTRAL SCHOOL 3RD GRAND ALUMNI HOMECOMINGπ
Here are some important REMINDERS to make our homecoming truly a momentous and smooth-sailing event:
πͺ Installation of tents will start at 8:00 AM until 12:00 PM ONLY. Those batches who have confirmed and paid the annual batch fee have priority tent assignments. Please coordinate with the alumni officers for any vacancy, if your batch is not listed on the tent layout, and kindly pay the annual batch fee of β±1,000. Please make sure to dismantle and pack away by the end of the event or by early August 4, 2024 morning.
π Registration starts at 12:00 PM and will end at 2:00 PM. Those who have pre-registered and paid the corresponding fee of β±50.00 just need to sign the attendance sheet. Please show your ENTRY PASS to the registration personnel. Walk-in participants will have to list their names and pay the fee. Ask your batch rep if you donβt have an entry pass yet. Registration will resume after the parade until 8:00 PM for late registrants. Kindly present your ENTRY PASS upon arrival. Coordinate with your batch representative if you donβt have an entry pass, to vouch your entry. Please note that WE ARE IMPOSING MAXIMUM SECURITY MEASURES on alumni and guest arrivals. Outsiders and/ or uninvited persons are denied entry.
