Palonians Pre-Valentine’s Treat
Hearts and Harmony 2.0 – AUDITION GUIDELINES
1. Eligibility
Open to all bonafide students of Palo NHS only who are passionate about music, singing, and performance.
No professional experience is required—confidence and commitment matter most.
2. Audition Requirements
Prepare one love song (1–2 minutes only).
The song may be in English, Filipino, or any language.
Choose a song that best showcases your voice quality, emotion, and vocal range.
Instrumental or minus-one accompaniment is allowed. Acoustic or band accompaniment is also optional.

3. Performance Criteria
Judges will evaluate based on:
Vocal quality and pitch accuracy
Rhythm and timing
Expression and stage presence
Confidence and originality
Willingness to harmonize and work with others
4. Attire
Wear decent, comfortable, and presentable clothing.
Avoid costumes unless required for your performance.
School uniform is also allowed.
5. Conduct During Audition
Be respectful to judges and fellow auditionees.
Follow instructions carefully.
Wait quietly for your turn.
No use of offensive lyrics or gestures.
6. Commitment
Selected members must be willing to:
Attend regular rehearsals
Participate in performances and events
Work as part of a team that values unity and respect
7. Schedule of Activities
February 2–4 (Monday–Wednesday): Auditions
February 5 (Thursday): Posting of qualified performers
February 6: Meeting of all performers and planning
February 9–11: Practices and rehearsals
