Science Research Assistant (SRA)

Qualifications:
1. Education: Completion of two (2) studies in college (prior to 2018) or Completion of Grade 12/Senior High (starting 2018)
2. Experience: One (1) year of relevant experience
3. Training: Four (4) hours of relevant training
4. Eligibility: Career Service Sub-professional (First Level Eligibility)
5. Competencies: N/A
Requirements:
1. Fully accomplished Revised 2025 Personal Data Sheet (PDS), with recent passport-size picture (CS Form No. 212 s.2025), which can be downloaded at www.csc.gov.ph);
2. Photocopy of Diploma;
3. Photocopy of official Transcript of Records;
4. Photocopy of certificates of eligibility/ratings / license
(if applicable);
5. Performance Rating in the last rating period (if applicable);
6. Certificates of training and seminars attended;
7. Certificate of previous employment, with no pending administrative case (if applicable).
