📢 PUBLIC ADVISORY | TEMPORARY SUSPENSION OF FACE-TO-FACE CLASSES

The Milbuk Central Elementary School informs all parents, learners, teachers, and school personnel that, pursuant to Executive Order No. 034, Series of 2026, issued by the Local Government Unit of Palimbang, face-to-face classes at all levels in all public and private schools within the Municipality of Palimbang are temporarily suspended as a precautionary measure due to reported security concerns.

The safety and security of our learners and the entire school community remain our shared responsibility. We encourage everyone to remain calm, stay informed, and closely coordinate with the school and local authorities for further announcements and guidance.

In view of reported shooting incidents in or near other schools and the resulting security concerns, the Local Government Unit of Palimbang has issued Executive Order No. 034, Series of 2026, temporarily suspending face-to-face classes at all levels in all public and private schools within the Municipality of Palimbang, Sultan Kudarat.
This measure is being implemented as a precautionary step to prioritize the safety and security of our learners, teachers, and school personnel.
Parents, learners, teachers, and school administrators are encouraged to remain calm, stay informed, and closely coordinate with their respective schools and local authorities for further announcements and guidance.
The safety of our children and the entire school community remains our shared responsibility.

All schools will shift to Alternative Delivery Mode (Modular) during this period.

JUST IN: Hon. Mayor Myrna C. Kapina School Bag Distribution and Teacher Chalk Allowance

September 18, 2026, Hon. Mayor Myrna C. Kapina spearheaded a significant educational support initiative at Milbuk Central Elementary School.

As part of the local government’s commitment to student welfare, Mayor Kapina personally led the distribution of new school bags to the Kindergarten and Grade Three students of Milbuk Central Elementary School. The initiative aims to ensure that every learner is equipped with the necessary tools to pursue their studies effectively, easing the financial burden on families.

Recognizing the invaluable contribution of educators, Mayor Kapina also announced and distributed a ₱1,000 chalk allowance for teachers.

Mayor Kapina reiterated her administration focus on prioritizing education as a cornerstone for community development, promising continued support for local schools.

The faculty, staff and students of Milbuk Central ES expressed their gratitude for the timely assistance.

||School-Based Scouting 2026

On September 3, 2026, Milbuk Central Elementary School successfully conducted its annual School-Based Scouting event. The one day program aimed to foster leadership, discipline, environmental stewardship, and camaraderie among the scouts.

The event brought together various scouting sections- ranging from the youngest Twinklers, Kid Scouts, Kab Scouts and Star Scouts to the Junior Boy and Girl Scouts- for a day of community service, and physical activity.

The highlight of the event was the traditional evening bonfire. The scouts gathered around the flames for a night of scouts reflection and cultural expression. The program featured: Torch Parade, Ceremonial lightning of the bonfire, Group dance performances showcasing the talents of each scout level and scouting cheers.

The School-Based Scouting Activity at Milbuk Central Elementary School was a resounding success. It provided a holistic platform for students to develop their character and physical abilities while strengthening the scouting spirit within the community. The event concluded with a renewed sense of dedication among the scouts and leaders alike.

Enhanced with spray paints to bring the garment to life, it shines in vibrant shades of orange, green, and pink.

The back design symbolizes the beauty of our Mother Earth, conveying a heartfelt message: may we all cherish and protect our environment.

This stunning design proves that items we ordinarily discard can be reborn into something meaningful and breathtaking.

Her cocktail dress carries a simple yet powerful message: protect our planet by reducing plastic waste, and embrace the value of recycling and reusing.
