Guided and inspired by our School Head Ma’am Eden Alcantara and English Coordinator Ma’am Jamaica Cruz, we highlight this year’s theme: “Reading: Connecting People Across Generations in Society.”

This celebration reminds us that reading and comprehension are powerful tools—they help us understand the world, connect with others, and build bridges across generations.

From our lively Parade of Story Characters and heartwarming storytelling sessions, to creative coloring activities for primary pupils and the competitive spelling bee & poster-making contests for intermediate learners, every activity sparked curiosity, imagination, and a deeper love for reading.

Our school came alive with color, music, and culture as each grade level performed traditional dances from around the world. Every class proudly showcased their muse and es**rt, representing different countries with grace and pride.

The event was led by our hardworking School Head, Ma'am Eden, and our dedicated Araling Panlipunan Coordinator, Ma'am Venus, who made the celebration meaningful and fun.

📢 EARTHQUAKE DRILL | September 11, 2025

San Lorenzo Heights Elementary School, led by our School Head Ma’am Eden Vicente Valdez , actively joined the 3rd Quarter Nationwide Simultaneous Earthquake Drill (NSED). 🌍 With the guidance of our dedicated teachers and school disaster risk reduction and management team, our learners were able to practice the "Duck, Cover, and Hold" technique and follow proper evacuation procedures in an organized and timely manner. 💡✅

This drill is a reminder that preparedness saves lives. By instilling discipline and readiness in our school community, we ensure that everyone is equipped with the knowledge and skills to respond effectively in case of emergencies. 🙌
